Asunto ylitti odotukset. Sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella. Keittiö remontoitu siistiksi.
Asunnon paistinpannut olivat surkeassa kunnossa.

Majoitus oli siistissä ja hyvin varustellussa kaksiossa. Alue oli rauhallinen, eikä huoneeseen kuulunut ylimääräistä meteliä. Viihdyimme oikein hyvin.
Majoituspaikka on Kotkan lähiössä, keskustaan on matkaa reilut 4 kilometriä.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen, ja asunto erittäin siisti. Siellä oli kaikki tarvittava yöpymistä varten. Huoneisto oli ainakin näin alkukesästä mukavan viileä, vaikka ulkona oli helle. Sänky oli mukava ja asunnossa oli hiljaista nukkua. Keittiö oli avara, erittäin siisti ja hyvin varusteltu - samoin kylpyhuone. Pesukonekin on, samoin pesuainetta. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet eivät kuulu hintaan, vaan ne saa paikan päällä lisämaksusta. Parkkipaikka löytyi hyvin ja avaimet oli helppo löytää avainkotelosta sovitusti. Lähin bussipysäkki on viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
