Asunto oli tosi siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Kaikki sujui juuri niin kuin oli sovittu.
Tietyt ohjeet oli ainoastaan venäjän- ja englanninkielellä, olisi toki voinut olla myös suomeksi. Televisio oli viritetty venäjänkielelle, emme osanneet vaihtaa tekstitystä.

Einrichtungen des Spa Hotel Casino (Schwimmbad, Sauna, Mukkibude, Sporthalle) konnten mitbenutzt werden. Geräumiges Bad ohne Überschwemmungsgefahr, da Duschbereich tiefer gelegt. Gut Lage: am Gewässer, wenige Gehminuten in die Stadt. Frühstück und Parkplatz inklusive. Offenes WLAN funktionierte gut.
2 schmale (80×200 cm) Einzelbetten. Kein Nachttisch, keine Lampe oder Steckdose am Bett. Kein Fernseher; war auch nicht anzunehmen, da es eine Studentenwohnung ist. Keine Küchenutensilien (können dazu gebucht werden lt, Webseite). Keine Stühle und kein Tisch für den Balkon. Vielleicht will man wegen der Mücken auch gar nicht draußen sitzen. Buffetfrühstück war einfacher als für das Hotel zu erwarten war, aber völlig ausreichend.
