Peaceful bright apartment in the center

I really like the atmosphere of Ilona's place, especially the bedroom! I slept like a baby. The flat was clean, cozy and bigger than I expected, it has a nice living room with soft and comfy white dining chairs, nice table and a comfy sofa. it was a pleasure to stay here. The communication with the Ilona was easy and pleasant as well.

The information said it has Air-conditioning. It did not, it had only a fan and when it is 30’C outside and inside it is really very uncomfortable. I would have never booked this apartment in this weather. Bathroom was tiny, hardly Any space in shower. And is it safe to have shower this close to a washing machine ?

Karu huoneisto hyvässä paikassa

Huoneiston sijainti oli loistava ja lyhyen kävelymatkan etäisyydellä Kotkan nähtävyyksistä. Asunnon sisustus oli karu, ja samanlaisia laseja ei ollut neljälle. Olohuoneen levitettävä sohva olisi kaivannut petauspatjaa. Rungon rakenteet painoivat selkää.

Die Ausstattung ist uhralt und gehört auf den Sperrmüll. Alles an Möbel ist sehr alt, vor Allem Küche und Bad. Ganze Möbel ist einfach verbraucht und teilweise sehr stark beschädigt und hat einfach ausgedient. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls seehr alt und benötigt dringend eine Kernsanierung. Es ist das Geld bei weitem nicht wert. Ich reise sehr viel und war schon in unzähligen Hotels, Ferienwohnungen, Motels u.s.w. aber soetwas wie hier habe ich noch nie erlebt. In einer weniger als 1 qm Dusche steht eine Waschmaschine die nicht angeschlossen ist und vor Allem gibt es da auch gar keine Anschlüsse für. Trotzdem muss man mit der Waschmaschine letztendlich auf 60 qcm duschen. Möbel in der Dusche ist Schrott. In der Küche ging die Tiefkühltruhe nicht auf. Nach ein paar weiteren Versuchen dann doch, aber irgenetwas rein tun konnte ich nicht, da diese komplett mit Eis zugedeckt war. Herd ist aus den 90er Jahre. Und dafür dann auch noch so viel Geld zum Fenster rausgeschmissen :( sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfhehlen.

Vähän kauhtuneita ja rikkinäisiä huonekaluja, ehkä ne voisi vain viedä pois? Sänky natisi aina kun siinä kääntyi. Pyykkikone suihkussa ja tila todella ahdas. Sängyn alta voisi imuroida ja pyyhkiä pölyt..

Teatteriretki Kairoon ystävien kanssa.

Täydellinen asunto neljän hengen yöpymiseen ja lähellä keskustaa sekä Kairoa, jossa kävimme katsomassa näytöstä. Avainkoodilla päästiin sisään ja saatiin avaimet ovessa olevasta lokerosta toisella koodilla. Siis kaikki kävi helposti. Suuret kiitokset majoittajalle. Aamiainen valmistettiin itse. Kahvia ja leipää. Valmistamiseen löytyi kaikki välineet keittiöstä.

Hyvä tukikohta Kotkassa.

Sijainti aivan Kotkan ydinkeskustassa. Autopaikka pihalla. Kohtuullinen hinta.

Illalla peseytyessä yllätti kuuman veden puuttuminen. Johtui ilmeisesti läheisestä kaukolämpötyömaasta. Aamulla lämmintä vettä tuli. Mainitsin vaimolle, että ent. Neuvostoliitossa lämmitys ja kuuma vesi katkaistiin kokonaan toukokuun alussa, koska silloin alkaa kesä :-)

Kesäloma

Siisti huoneisto, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Selkeät ohjeet tuli sisäänpääsemiseksi. Keskeinen sijainti, kävellen joka paikkaan. Plussaa pihassa sijaitseva parkkipaikka, tosin kadun vieressäkin oli hyvin tilaa.

Olohuoneessa vain kattolamppu, olisi kaivannut pöytälamppua. Kylpyhuone aivan minikokoinen.

Mikään ei ollut hyvää sen jälkeen, kun jouduimme heti poistumaan majoituksesta löydettyämme keittiöstä torakan.

Löysimme 15 minuutin jälkeen keittiöstä torakan astiakaapista. Otimme kuvat ja ilmoitimme majoituksen tarjoajalle. Puheluun ei vastattu, viestiin kyllä, englanniksi. Majoituksen tarjoaja kielsi asian, sanoi siivonneensa, eikä suostunut hyvityksiin. Lopuksi minua syytettiin huijariksi. Olen järkyttynyt, ettei asiasta välitetty, emmekä saaneet perheeni kanssa edes empatiaa tapahtuneen johdosta. Myös puolisoni ja lapseni olivat järkyttyneitä. Poistuimme ja jouduimme etsimään toisen majoituksen. Majoituspalvelu ilmeisesti jatkuu tästä huolimatta. Koin velvollisuudekseni ilmoittaa asian myös Booking.com:lle sekä majoitustalon isännöitsijälle. Toivon, että talo tarkastetaan ammattilaisten toimesta, ettei tuholaisia ole enempää. En missään nimessä voi suositella tätä majoitusta, vaikka asunto itsessään näyttikin ihan hyvältä. Majoittaja ei ottanut asiasta huolta eikä vastuuta ja rahojen menon lisäksi sain syyttelyä. Oloni on ollut ahdistunut ja lomamme kärsi tästä paljon.
