This chic and newly furnished one-room apartment is located in a very central and quiet location (Zone 1) on Norderney. It has a side sea view. The city center with restaurants and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach in the Georgshöhe area is only 50 meters away. You can easily reach both the north and west beaches from here. The apartment is 34 square meters for two people. designed and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Die Wohnung ist klein und funktionell eingerichtet, sicherlich aber nicht seniorengeeignet. Es gibt zwar einen Fahrstuhl, die Wandschrankbetten sind aber von schlechter Qualität, die Dusche ist nicht ebenerdig begehbar. Die Toilette ist veraltert und riecht in fensterlosem Bad. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und in Strandnähe an einer teilweise stark frequentierten Straße.
