Sa Madoneta charming holiday house with stunning views and swimming pool in Santanyí

The Finca Sa Madoneta is located at the foot of Hamburger Hill, about 2 km outside of Santanyí towards Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. In the charming village of Santanyí, which can be reached in a few minutes, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques for shopping and a colourful weekly market in the town centre with regional products. Here you can buy both fresh local fruit and vegetables and handmade souvenirs.



The most beautiful beaches on the island such as Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards or Cala S'amarador are located about 9 km from the finca. Here you can sunbathe on the white sandy beach, enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the beach bars or go diving and snorkelling. The entire southeast coast is known for its gentle tourism away from the masses and enchants with many turquoise-coloured bays that extend along the coast to the northeast. Discover the diversity of Mallorca in a very charming way and get to know the island from a new and very special side that you will surely like.

Description of the accommodation:



Surrounded by almond and carob trees, Finca Damián offers a unique setting in the midst of nature to enjoy relaxing days on the island. Due to the gentle slope and the south-facing orientation of the finca, you have a dream view over the entire landscape to the coast and can even see the neighbouring island of Cabrera in the distance.



The Finca Sa Madoneta has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed, providing space for a total of five people. From the living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large dining table and a cosy sofa corner, you have direct access to the sunny terrace with loungers and parasols. Refresh yourself in the turquoise blue swimming pool that will make you forget everyday life at home and let you relax in peace. Under the covered terrace, you can sit comfortably and dine or wait for the grill master to bring the food to the table. Here you will surely spend unforgettable summer evenings with your loved ones.



Please note that the use of air conditioning incurs an additional charge of €15 per day. This rate is not calculated in advance but collected directly on-site by the owner. We would like to inform our guests that this service is completely optional and should only be used if needed.

What is in the house?

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.



IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
