Due to the high-quality equipment, this house does not offer enough freedom of movement for children and is therefore only rented to people over the age of 18. The sunny, bright and fully air-conditioned bungalow is framed on 3 sides of the romantic lake and offers you an incomparable view of the palm garden and the lake from every window. The luxurious equipment and size of the house offers plenty of space for up to 8 adults. Four modernly furnished bedrooms (each approx. 20-25 sqm), 2 bathrooms (approx. 8 sqm, 1x shower / toilet and 1x tub / toilet), the breathtaking, open architectural style of the living room with approx. 6 m ceiling height and approx 180 sqm total area, with 2 high quality, electrically adjustable leather couch groups for approx. 12 people, flat screen TV with 70 inch / 175 cm screen, of which approx. 25 sqm (dining table with 12 chairs) on the gourmet kitchen approx. 30 sqm (bar counter and 5 bar chairs) and on the pool table opposite the kitchen approx. 25 sqm with a direct view of the swimming pool and panoramic window to the lake. The covered terrace measures approx. 55 square meters and is equipped with 2 large tables and chairs for approx. 20 people. The gigantic pool area with sun deck has about 200 square meters and spoils you with 7 sun loungers. The solar-heated swimming pool (electrically possible for an extra charge) with whirlpool, framed by a mosquito-proof screen, will delight you during your stay. Of course there is another toilet accessible from there as well as an outside shower with hot and cold water. The palm garden and parts of the lake are subtly illuminated at night and invite you to watch birds, raccoons, aligators and cranes. A washing machine and dryer are available for your laundry in a separate room. There is also a shoe rack there. There is a garage space for your rental car, which is permitted for vehicles up to a maximum length of 5.00 m.

Important note for our guests: All lakes and ponds in Florida are not bathing lakes! We would also like to point out that in Florida it is strictly forbidden to feed alligators in the lakes or ponds. Small baby aligators may appear cute and cute and therefore tempt you to feed them. Please keep in mind that over the years these guys become big, strong and unpredictable old animals. The state of Florida will pay a $ 500 fine for violating this law. Due to new regulations, the house owners in Bell Villa and their tenants are no longer allowed to use the leisure facilities of the Citrus Park.
