About this house rental
I have all 5-star ratings for this property and over 30 5-star ratings for the other property that I rent, https://www.vrbo.com/1041372. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations. Only 15 minutes from the beach. Fish in the canal in the backyard.
Sleeps 10 in beds.
Large screened-in porch at the rear of the house. Beautiful pool area.
King bed in the master bedroom.
Queen bed in the loft and guest bedroom 1.
Full bed in guest bedroom 2.
King bed in the bedroom above the garage.
3 1/2 baths.
The pool is electrically heated, I usually set it at 84 deg.
This is a very cozy home. You will have a wonderful time there.

My husband and I enjoyed this house very much. Our three twenty something kids and my 82 year old mom had plenty of room. Bill is responsive and takes great care of the place. Centrally located and clean. Spent lots of time on the lanai and our son liked that he could fish off the pier.

We loved our stay here. Bill was a great host. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. The pool was great. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for our group of 8. Highly recommend!

It was such a great place to plant ourselves for a retreat. It is a very convenient location to Old Bonita Springs, with it's quaint and trendy restaurants and within walking distance to Publix and a lot of other shopping. We drove to Fort Myers beach 3 times with no trouble finding a place to park! Maybe we just got lucky, but right now there are not as many tourists. There is a lot of construction on Estero Blvd. still being done from the hurricanes. When you are here it is so peaceful, bug free and relaxing. The pool and deck are perfect!It would be great for a reunion with friends or family. The loft does not have a bathroom, so not good for older folks, but all the other bedrooms have bathrooms close by. Bill, the owner, was great! He responded quickly to questions. You will not be disappointed!I hope we get the opportunity to return!
