If you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautifully decorated home with plenty of outdoor sitting areas, then look no further! Atkinson Shores is the ideal spot for you and your family. When it's time to hit the beach, use the private community beach access at the beginning of the development, located to the left of house #1502 South Shore Drive. You can come and go as you please! Another fun amenity included with this rental is the community day dock that is conveniently located at the end of the street on the sound. Drop your kayak in here and paddle around the sound and canals for an adventure-filled day.
This home has that decorator's touch - every room flows seamlessly to the next and the outdoor areas add to that "beachy" feeling! On the top level, rock away your stress from everyday life on the covered porch. Head on in to the open living room and watch a movie on the large tv. The stylish dining room and kitchen are sure to be popular hangouts for the family, and the wet bar is great for entertaining! This home has everything you need to make memories to last a lifetime.

I’ll start by saying this is by far the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. It’s spacious so you’re in not too of one another. The kitchen is stocked with quite literally everything but a crockpot (and I wanted a new one anyway). But the overwhelming feeling was one of comfort. Someone actually lives here and has made this comfortable.
The real surprise for me was that, while it was comfortable, it was also classy. I literally took pictures of the furniture and rug and the makers as well as the console behind the sofa. The decorating was done so well - if this owner isn’t an interior designer, he or she should be.
If I had to make one complaint (and it’s more of a “hey think about this for the next guests” type of thing), it’s that we had a hard time figuring out remotes for the primary and living room televisions. I think there were four in the living room. :)
We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable house. Worked well for our party of six adults. We thought with the kitchen, dining and tv area on 3rd floor, it would be tiring at the end of every day, but it wasn’t a problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Spotlessly clean, set-up was perfect, easy private beach access. Close to town, yet on a quiet side street. Loved all the decks off each side of the house. There were plenty of opportunities to find a quiet spot when needed. (I especially enjoyed the porch swing on the top, front deck.) We would absolutely rent this home again!
