In the hamlet Vlakovo 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 20.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 14.8 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 25 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war super. Und die Vermieterin vor Ort sehr zuvorkommend. Ich würde es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben! Modern, sauber und hatte alles zu bieten was man benötigte. Wenn es doch einmal Probleme gab, war die Vermieterin innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort, um alles zu regeln. Eine bessere Betreuung hatten wir noch nie. Kurz und knapp! Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern ist sie für 9 Personen geeignet. Der Garten ist schön groß zum Spielen für die Kinder. Der Pool ist zum abkühlen eine super Gelegenheit.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Inneneinrichtung ist einfach top. Von Eiswürfelmaker bis separaten Poolhandtüchern alles vorhanden.
