In the hamlet Vlakovo 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 20.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 14.8 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 25 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Situation au calme en istrie dans un environnement agréable. Maison neuve équipée avec du mobilier et électroménager de qualité au design Italien. Tres propre et fonctionnelle. Décoration agréable. Piscine parfaite. Seuls bémols, les guêpes qui permettent difficilement de manger dehors et la proximité de l'autre villa qui n'est pas encore masquée par la végétation.
