PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautiful holiday home is located directly on the sea in the tranquil fishing and holiday resort of Pisak on the Riviera Omis, about 35 km south of Dalmatia's metropolis Split. A small pebble beach and the crystal clear clean sea are right in front of the house. To the east, several bays extend. The holiday home offers a total of 7 apartments spread over 3 floors for a total of 34 persons. The apartments are suitable for 2-6 persons.
All 7 apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning, a balcony or terrace with fantastic sea views and free Wi-Fi internet access. The house also has a well-kept restaurant where you get your breakfast in the morning and in the evening the choice between various Dalmatian specialties. A free parking for 10 cars is also available on the property for the guests of the house.
The well-kept outdoor area offers a barbecue with seating, which may be used by the guests of the house. Also a beautiful garden area on the north side of the house with olive trees and a beautiful Mediterranean plant is available to the guests of the house.
The friendly landlords also live in the house and are at your disposal for questions and suggestions in English and Croatian. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. Arrival and departure does not have to take place on Saturdays, but can be done in coordination with the other reservations during the week.
In the village there is a small supermarket, which has everything you need. There are big shopping markets in Omis or Makarska. The area around Pisak lined with beautiful beaches and clean sea water, where everyone can find their own quiet place. Extensive, gently sloping sandy beaches can be found in Omis, 17 km away. The area also offers great hiking opportunities in the hinterland or along the coast to Omis. The idyllic Cetina River in the hinterland of Omis offers many romantic restaurants as well as recreational opportunities, from cycling to leisurely boat rides to exciting rafting.
