Cudowny, serdeczny i bardzo gościnny Gospodarz. Po przyjeździe czekało na nas białe wino i słodkie winogrona Przepiękny widok z tarasu. Apartament wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Czyściutko. Super lokalizacja na pobyt w Pisaku jak i dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Do plaży zejście schodami lub spacer ulicą. Juz dawno tak dobrze nie wypoczęłam. Taras to fantastyczne miejsce na posiłki, biesiadowanie z cudownym widokiem o każdej porze dnia

Schludnie czysto, Pan Gospodarz ZAWSZE DO USŁUG. Fajny widok na morze

+ close to the public beach (just 128 steps), restaurants and shops + beautiful view on Hrvatski kanal

- the GPS location on the voucher (N 43°23'53.56", E 16°52'1.95") is incorrect and misleading. It shows another apartment with a private (or semi-private) beach (tested on maps.google.com and mapy.cz). On mapy.cz you can find "Aparment ZANA" as advertised on booking.com (https://mapy.cz/zakladni?l=0&q=apartments%20zana%20pisak&source=osm&id=1025698598&ds=1&x=16.8672617&y=43.3982487&z=19) - balcony in the A3 apartment serves as an entrance for the neighboring apartment - this was not mentioned in any descripton of the property. Together with a bit louder neighbours it was quite anoying... - air condition is to be paid extra (not mentioned in the booking.com offer) - matraces, pilllows or frying pan - something you would never buy home... - property owner - it just did not work. There were some clashes invoked by the owner (using the washing mashine when not fully loaded, repeatable asking to re-park the car (by 20 cm) when there were another 2 parking places available, charging for broken price list A4 frame 20 EUR (worth of max. 3 EUR - I agreed to pay 10, which in fact was his initial ask 5-10 EUR, but on the last day he increased it to 20...), ...). My feeling was we were not the right target group for him and he did not expect us to ever come back again... Summary: It is a low-cost but nice apartment, but you need to accept less privacy and owner's special temper.
