Der Zugang vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung war mehr als schwer. Es ging durch den Garten, schmale Gartenplatten, hohe Absätze, der Bewegungsmelder für Licht ging sehr spät an. Hohe Verletzungs-gefahr. Das Badeplateau war nur unter größter Gefahrenquellen zu erreichen. Für Senioren überhaupt nicht geeignet. Es gab keine
Gartenliegen. Der Garten war nicht zu benützen. Das war schade.
