About this house rental
100 metres from Carnac's famous Ty-Bihan family & sailing beach ("Mickey club" play-ground operates on beach for kids) and a 10 min walk from shops & cafes.
Duplex with 3 rooms, inside a contemporary house (built 2011) divided into 2 twin independent apartments (the rented apartment is on the left in the above picture).
House opens up to shared hallway and entrance, laundry & dry room (washing machine, dryer, shower, storage, hanging lines for wet clothes etc). "Right" apartment has own secured front door and is split over 2 levels: on ground floor, sleeping quarters include parental bedroom (double bed width 180cm) with ensuite (shower), 2 single bedrooms (truckle beds, widths 80 and 90 cm) for a total of 6 beds. Family bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Lots of storage in all bedrooms. On 1st floor, 45m² of very bright (sun all day and great sunsets) living space with seaviews. Space includes opened & convivial modern kitchen.
