The holiday flat is located on the top floor of a small Frisian-style house with only four units.
On approx. 55 m² you are offered a sunny and bright open-plan living room with fitted kitchen, dining and living area. You can reach your sunny balcony, which offers enough space for breakfast or cosy evenings with a glass of wine, via the living area.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering enough space for up to 4 people. A shower room completes the offer. The kitchen area is modernly equipped and offers you the opportunity to enjoy cosy evenings with home-cooked meals, even on holiday.
A landline and WLAN are available free of charge.
A car park is available free of charge for your car.
The holiday flat has attractive vinyl flooring throughout.
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Bücher, Spiele und sogar DVD's sind reichlich vorhanden. TV Mediathek ist auch da, super haben wir noch in keiner Ferienwohnung gehabt. Langweilig wird es nicht, topp

Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, super Ausstattung und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wer die Nordsee liebt, ist dort bestens aufgehoben.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der großzügige Wohnraum mit der offenen Küche sowie die moderne Einrichtug.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt fußläufig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt. Noch näher ist es zum nächsten Lebensmittelmarkt.
Zu Greetsiel selbst muss man wohl nicht mehr viel schreiben. Es ist ein sehr schönes, malerisches Örtchen, das zur Erholung geradezu einlädt. Ausflüge nach Norden, Aurich, Emden, Borkum und Norderney bieten sich geradezu an. Nicht zu vergessen den Pilsumer Leuchtturm. Die Umgebung ist wie gemacht für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren.

Gemütlicher Wohn/Essraum.Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer etwas klein und die Betten etwas zu weich und zu niedrig. Badezimmer ohne Lüftung und renovierungs bedürftig. Sauberkeit der Wohnung insgesamt leider nur oberflächlich, da sind wir leider anderes gewohnt.
