On approx. 55 m² you are offered a sunny and bright open-plan living room with fitted kitchen, dining and living area. You can reach your sunny balcony, which offers enough space for breakfast or cosy evenings with a glass of wine, via the living area. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, offering enough space for up to 4 people. A shower room completes the offer.
