About this house rental
Welcome to Delta Dunes – our lovely Florida beach house in the family friendly Gulf Trace Community. We bought this home in 2008, so our family could enjoy this spectacular area. We recently made great upgrades to our outdoor living space. It's a beautiful beach and not crowded like Seaside or Destin.
Gulf Trace is a wonderful, private beachside community south of Hwy 30A and surrounded by a State Park. It's only a few minutes from Grayton Beach and Seaside. There are no condos, big crowds or busy streets, but plenty of white sand, walking and bicycle paths and emerald Gulf water.
Delta Dunes is a beautifully furnished, four bedroom/four bath home with Gulf views and well-landscaped private outdoor pool with covered sitting area with large screen TV, fire pit and lawnl. It’s a short, three minute walk to the private beach access (four houses back from the beach). You can enjoy early mornings and sunsets in our open-air tower – terrific views of the water to go with the refreshing Gulf breeze.
The home has high ceilings and large windows throughout. It boasts a large great room/dining/kitchen on the second floor with a cathedral ceiling and French doors opening to an outdoor deck. The room features original artwork and a custom built cabinet storing the TV, books, games and more (and there is a poker top to go on top of the card table). It has two couches and chairs and makes for a natural gathering place and offers large TV, Roku, and a deck with Gulf views. The large dining table seats 10 people with room for three more at the kitchen island.
The house has a total of four bedrooms, with three bedrooms and three baths on the first level. The first bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is also a king bedroom on the first level and the third bedroom has two queen beds with a private bath en-suite. The fourth bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and private bath en-suite and is off the great room. Each bedroom has TV with Roku.

The feature that helps set our home apart from many others is our pool and patio area. The pool is hidden by a wooden fence. It’s also a nice size (34’x18’) and enjoys plenty of lounging area. The pool may be heated in cool weather (no additional fee). In addition, there is a hot/cold shower by the pool. We just added a terrific outdoor covered sitting area with large TV along with a fire pit and lovely lawn area.
The home was built in 2003 and is in excellent condition. There is parking for three to four cars behind the house, but it's tight. Two cars can park under cover.
This is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed. Rented golf carts are NOT ALLOWED in this neighborhood.
Wireless Internet is available throughout the house. We also have a Roku with the Large TV in the Great Room to make it easier for guests to watch movies.
Maximum capacity is 13 people.
I know location is a key factor in renting a vacation home. The map on this site will allow you to see the houses in the neighborhood, the street and get a feel for beach access.
There is private beach access that is approximately a three-minute walk from our house. We are four houses back from the beach on the private, quiet streets of Gulf Trace. The beach access is truly easily accessible with no steep climb to and from the beach. I hope this helps you better understand our location and our great neighborhood.

We had a great time at this property!! It was luxurious and comfortable. Everything about the property was thought out well. The contact/ conversations with the owner were very pleasant. The pool was just so beautiful. The outside area was perfect. The house is roomywith the best decor in all rooms. I loved this property!!! The tower was a marvelous plus. The best property my family has stayed at!!!!

This house was perfect for our family get away. The pool at the house was big enough for the kids to all play in. The beach was a quick walk down the road and absolutely perfect. We will come back! The home owner was a pleasure to work with and had great communication.

We have been coming to Grayton Beach for20 years for Thanksgiving and usually stay in Gulf Trace with several family members. We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was spacious and beautiful and in a great location. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and we would love to stay here again.
