Recipient of the Five Diamond Award, Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta offers one of the most luxurious vacation experiences in Mexico. Situated along the eastern edge of the resort, five beautifully designed towers follow the Ameca River to where it meets the Bay of Banderas. The Grand Luxxe is like a private oasis within the resort.

This stunning suite consists of two bedrooms with two king-size beds or one king-size bed and two double beds, two and a half bathrooms with two Jacuzzi tubs, a sprawling terrace with a private plunge pool, a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living area with a sleeper sofa, and three TVs.

When you are not enjoying the luxury of your room, enjoy eight pools, live music, shows, sports, classes, tours, fitness activities, and a variety of other ways for you and your family to have an unforgettable vacation. Events and activities at this gorgeous destination include horseshoe tournaments, botanical walks, cocktail classes, movie night for the whole family, live entertainment at Santuario, dinner shows like Fiesta Mexicana, and our popular Sea Turtle Release.

The Grand Luxxe reserves the right to limit access to the pools and/or beach club to members and owners only during high season. In this unusual situation, guests of the resort would have access to all other pools and beach areas.

Accommodations are subject to a Vidanta resort fee that covers certain services and the use of amenities. The resort fee varies typically ranging from $450 to $1260+ USD per stay

Resort Fees cover the following: a welcome cocktail, maid service, local phone calls, and faxes. Additional complimentary amenities and services are based on location and may include wifi, gym access, airport to hotel transportation, a daily digital newspaper, valet parking, and more. Resort fees are subject to change. Check with your agent for details.

The VRBO calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving including but not limited to contacting rental agent at Concierge Realty and contacting the resort. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of villas at the resort and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images.  Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
