At about 3. 9 km from the sea, MINIMUM THREE NIGHTS rental single-family house sleeps 2. the house / villa is structured by a mezzanine , chairs and deck chairs; then access to an open space of 60 square meters with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, oven, dishwasher, dishes, pans and cutlery, double service (sink, toilet, washing machine) . a staircase takes you upstairs where there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower (100x80 cm.) the bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV full hd your external hard to see your films, from the sunrise to the sunset.

Angelo is an excellent host. The welcome was very warm. We were briefly accompanied by him in Alghero and the best way to the accommodation. He knows the region well and gave us excellent recommondations.
The house and the property are really beautiful and located outside the city area. There is a view from the terrace of seemingly endless olvia trees and the great panorama of the island.
The house is clean and contains everything you need for your stay. Angelo surprised us with food provided for our stay. He even provided extra beach equipment with umbrella, towels, mats and chairs.
It is really clean. However, we have to deduct a small point for the way we found the kitchenware and the shower. Some of the food remains (possibly from the previous tenant) had not been completely removed and the shower was very calcified.
The latter is due to the adjacent water supply, but does not look pleasant.
We will definetly come back to Sardegna and when we visit Alghero again we will be happy to be guests from Angelo again!

Angelos Anwesen ist ein ruhiges, großes Anwesen umringt von wunderschönen Olivenhainen und mit riesiger Sonnenterrasse, auf der man den ganzen Tag die wundervolle Sonne genießen kann. Man hat das ganze Anwesen für sich alleine. Alle Räume sind sehr schön, modern und persönlich eingerichtet.
Die perfekte Location also, um neue Energie zu tanken, da das Anwesen ruhig gelegen ist aber dennoch nur knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Alghero sowie von den Supermärkten entfernt. Außerdem ist es ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in der Region Nord-Sardinien. Das Wifi hat auch super und durchgängig funktioniert
Angelo war ein traumhafter Gastgeber, der uns eine sehr ausgiebige Einführung gegeben hat und uns Tipps für alle wichtigen Strände der Gegend (wie z.B. die Reservierung für den Strand Stintino le Pelosa) gegeben hat.
Außerdem hat uns Angelo persönlich vom Treffpunkt angeholt und zu seinem Ferienhaus gebracht, da die Einfahrt ein bisschen versteckt liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Angelo war sehr immer sehr unkompliziert und über Whatsapp hat man direkte Antworten von ihm bekommen.
Zusammengefasst: der perfekt Urlaub für Leute aus der Großstadt , die sich nach ein wenig mehr Ruhe und Natur sehnen , ohne zu abgeschnitten von der nächsten Stadt zu sein. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Danke Angelo!

L’endroit dans les oliveraies a beaucoup de charme, est très calme . la maison et la terrasse sont impeccables et avec tout le confort, avec en plus une étonnante bibliothèque plus que complète sur la sardaigne ( en italien) et un accueil naturellement chaleureux . Merci Angelo

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern. Die Lage ein bisschen außerhalb aber wirklich sehr schön.
Angelo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und hat uns mit seiner netten aufgeschlossenen Art einen tollen Empfang bereitet.
Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft ausmalen können
