Mariposa 1st floor Carriage Home. Great location overlooking the 17th hole on the outstanding Gulf Harbour golf course. This is a spacious (~1,750 SQFT with another 300 SQFT of outdoor lanai living). Fully furnished and nicely decorated. Features include 3 large bedrooms (2 with queen beds and the primary bedroom with a California king) for comfortable lodging for 6. Two full baths complete the layout. Triple slider doors in the great room open to the lania which is also outfitted with comfortable lounging and dining furniture. Tile floors throughout. Wireless network (wifi), onsight wireless printer, and Comcast Xfinity cable with premium channels. Renters are welcome to use the owners tennis rackets and bicycles.
The Gulf Harbour community features many amenities including a Mariposa-only neighborhood pool just steps away. Unfortunately Sports Memberships can no longer be transferred to renters.
Overall Gulf Harbour is a great location for dining, shopping, beaches, and miles of biking and walking trails. Actual hours of operation may differ with COVID status in effect.
Just 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport and minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Owners Note: For any rental, the Owner needs to submit an application on behalf of the Renter, to the Gulf Harbour Home Owner Association, 30-days in advance of the rental commencement date, for review and approval of the Renters for the rental period. This means that requests for reservations, must be made, at least 30-days before the actual rental.
Due to HOA restrictions, cats and dogs are not allowed, for rentals less than 90-days.

This first floor carriage home is spacious, tastefully decorated & in one of the best neighborhoods (Mariposa) in Gulf Harbour. Great view from the lanai of the 17th hole on the golf course! The lanai is large & furnished beautifully. Our family had most of our meals on the lanai, feeling the Florida sunshine or evening air.
The owner was absolutely the BEST at communicating with us & making sure we knew we could make ourselves at home in her home! She even left us some written tips of favourite restaurants & things to do in the area.
Everything you will need is found in this home. The garage has plenty of beach chairs, umbrella & other items to enjoy the outdoors.
There is so much to do in Gulf Harbour! Great pools, the harbour, a private island to walk to & relax, great restaurants & bars, and beautiful grounds to walk or bike.
We cannot recommend this property & this owner enough!

If you want to get away from the cold, great place to do it. Easy walk to Spa and Fitness. Home is comfortable and well equipped.
