This was my second year for staying January and February. I absolutely love the condo. The warm decor, the inviting lanai and outdoor patio furniture makes it easy to enjoy.
The friendliness of the surrounding neighbors made my stay so amazing.
Definitely would love to stay here again.

The condo was exceptionally nice, great location! I definitely would rent again for the next season, but unfortunately they rented the next season out from under me thinking I would not want to rent for 3 months (it was offered, but then put back out on Vrbo without confirming with me). Pretty disappointed in their assumptions. I always believe that things happen for a reason and for now I am very sad that I was not approached with the question directly.

Unit as clean and well furnished! a little pricey for the emenities available in the complex! Well furnished but in the old part of Gulf Harbour! Had a few problems that were dealt with to Marg & my satisfaction. Needs a new front screen door so we could let air move through the unit. We don't like to use air conditioners much so the more air movement the better. Dec. 28, 2018through early a.m. March 30, 2019
