O apartamento é bom e muito limpo, com uma vista deslumbrante da Ria Formosa e muito central.
Os aspetos negativos foram os seguintes:
1) Muito barulhento: fica por cima de um café com matraquilhos e outras máquinas de diversão que ficam a funcionar até muito para lá da meia-noite.
2) Não tem máquina da louça, nem da roupa (esta, para estadias mais compridas, faz falta, até porque não há nenhum local adequado para lavar roupa à mão).
3) Proporcionam toalhas para mudar durante a estadia (2 semanas) mas não roupa de cama.
4) A cozinha é bastante antiquada e pouco funcional (o frigorífico fica no corredor) e destoa um pouco do resto do apartamento que está remodelado.
5) O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, mas despeja a humidade condensada para um balde que é necessário despejar todos os dias.
