The Limonera Apartment is a fantastic 2-bedroom garden apartment in a small but popular resort overlooking the Ria Formosa. Amenities include access to a restaurant with 2 swimming pools, terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas, and the beautiful, newly renovated Ria Panorâmico restaurant.
The apartment features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a large private garden with a grill and dining area.

Entrance
Our 2-bedroom garden apartment is located in a building with 6 apartments. Limonera is on the first floor and overlooks the complex’s gardens. A shared front door opens onto a pleasant and secure area, from which a staircase leads to the upper floors. Our garden apartment is located on the right-hand side. The entrance features a sturdy front door with a triple security lock, leading into the bright and spacious living area.
Living Area
The living area is located at the front of this ground-floor garden apartment. It features a spacious living area with two fabric sofas (one of which converts into a comfortable bed) and views through the large sliding windows. These windows span the entire width of the room, allowing the wonderfully warm Algarve sun to stream into the living area and bringing nature into the home. The apartment features a flat-screen TV with MEO TV and a selection of European channels for guests of all nationalities.
The spacious dining area features a large dining table with six chairs.
The light brown and cream tones, along with the light, neutral floor tiles, lend this room a calm atmosphere. The modern yet cozy furnishings ensure a relaxing stay at Apartment Limonera.
Kitchen
Our open kitchen is located right next to the living area and offers plenty of counter space made of stylish light-colored marble. Beneath it are numerous built-in cabinets with a fantastic selection of cooking utensils. Built-in appliances include an electric stove at eye level, a microwave, and a gas stove with an exhaust hood. A large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, and a dishwasher round out the amenities.
We took the time to design the kitchen just as you would expect it in a family home and equipped it with numerous appliances. Smaller appliances include a kettle, a toaster, and a Dulce Gusto coffee maker.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
A door from the living area leads to the rear of our beautiful two-bedroom garden apartment and on to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the hallway and features a huge king-size bed made of light oak with matching nightstands. The wall-mounted air conditioner provides both cooling and heating, depending on the season. Built-in closets accentuate the room’s clean lines and elegant design while providing ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

This room features an en-suite bathroom with neutral-colored tiles, a large marble-framed sink, and a large wall mirror. The toilet and bidet are made of white ceramic, and the shower is a spacious double stall with a glass front and a thermostatic shower.
The second bedroom in our two-bedroom garden apartment is located at the end of the hallway and features two single beds made of light oak with a matching nightstand between them. This room also has a wall-mounted air conditioner and built-in closets. At the back of the bedroom are French sliding windows that provide access to the private terraces.
The second bathroom features a white and glass shower stall, as well as a toilet and a sink with the indispensable large mirror above it.
Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished and ensure comfort and style during your vacation.

The Limonera Apartment is a beautiful garden apartment with a huge garden at the back. The garden is paved with terracotta tiles and features two terraces separated by steps. We’ve set up some lounge chairs here so you can relax and enjoy the Algarve sun in complete privacy. The lower terrace features a grill and a dining table with a parasol, so you can enjoy wonderful al fresco dining. This sun-drenched garden is a wonderful place to enjoy our glorious weather to the fullest.

The hosts were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had in relation to location of supermarkets etc. The property was extremely well equipped and had everything you wanted whilst staying at the property. Even your own terrace with umbrellas, tables and garden soft furniture. We had access to pools and restaurant belonging exclusively to the apartments and was superbly positioned in a quiet area just 10 min walk to the centre square.
