About this house rental
This home offers a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, a convection/microwave oven, and ice-maker fridge/freezer, gas cooktop and standard under-bench oven.
The living area has a BluRay home theatre system with 50" plasma TV and Freeview. WiFi is available to guests. There is a heat pump/air conditioning in the downstairs living area.
A fully monitored alarm system has been installed for guest's peace of mind.
The large private deck is fenced and gated for privacy and security, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture provided for guests.
There is a large off-street parking area at the rear of the house for vehicles and/or boat, with an outside cold shower for that after-beach freshen up for sandy children.
This home is ideally suited for a maximum of 5 guests, with the option of 2 fold-up camp beds for small children. Upstairs is a bedroom with single bed, workstation & office chair, with separate bathroom/toilet facilities accessed off the upstairs hallway, Downstairs, along with all living facilities, are two Queen bedrooms. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The downstairs bathroom facilities include a bath, shower, and vanity, and a separate toilet room. If you choose to have linen provided, it will not include for the camp beds. The separate laundry room includes Samsung auto washing machine.
This home has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, and walking distance to so many facilities. If you need to work while away, a corner workstation is provided in the upstairs bedroom with fibre internet access available. Buffalo Beach is a short walk away, as is the New World supermarket, the Mini Putt Golf, The Lost Spring, and the township
Take the ferry from Whitianga wharf to Ferry Landing to explore Flaxmere Bay, Cooks Beach and beyond.

Brilliantly sited for access to beach, town, and supermarkets. Lovely property, well maintain and scrupulously clean. Really comfortable beds. Great amenities, all you could possibly need in cutlery crockery, pots pans etc. Private outdoor seating area with barbecue.We had a lovely break, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect location close to all shops/restaurants/beach and most importantly the boat ramp! Perfect for our family of 5, could have easily stayed longer, house was immaculate and hosts were a pleasure to deal with!

If you’re looking for the good base in Whitianga, this ticks all the boxes. Close to the city centre and just a short stroll from the beach, it offers the great balance of comfort and location.Communication with the hosts was excellent, ensuring every detail was covered before and during our stay.The accommodation itself was impeccably clean. The living area was spacious and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were comfy too.
