Welcome to Cooks Cottage — Your Whitianga Home by the Sea
Relax, recharge, and make memories at this bright and welcoming home just a few minutes’ stroll from Buffalo Beach and The Lost Spring thermal pools. Perfect for families and groups of couples, Cooks Cottage combines comfort, space, and a fantastic central location in one of Coromandel’s favourite seaside towns.
The Space
Designed for easy living, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, making it ideal for family reunions or a getaway with friends.
Bedrooms: 4 spacious rooms with a mix of queen, king single, and single beds to suit all group types.
Bathrooms: 2 well-appointed bathrooms with showers.
Living Area: A relaxed open-plan lounge and dining area that flows to a sunny deck — perfect for barbecues or evening drinks after a day at the beach.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of bench space for preparing shared meals.
Laundry: Washer available for guest use.
Outdoor Living
Enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks on the deck while the kids play on the lawn. Fire up the BBQ for a casual dinner under the stars — the perfect end to a Coromandel day.

Our group was extremely happy with our experience, perfect location and comfortably fit everyone well. It’s spacious aswell as private. 5 minute walk to the main stretch of shops and into the town which is a game changer while on holiday. Would absolutely recommend

Great weekend away with friends.Enough room for 6 adults to come together as a group, or chill out on their own. Everything there that we needed, and more.Beds were super comfy and as 1 of the group said "Gave you a hug when you slept" Easy walk into town and lovely, friendly neighbours. Highly recommended to all.Thanks Kym for letting us stay
