About this cabin rental

Lovingly hand-built by craftsmen from locally sourced solid Douglas Fir logs, and with fittings of English Oak, its spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling and massive timber trusses and access to two balconies. Its relaxing and tranquil atmosphere is enhanced by its large garden and location in the woodlands and lakes of Pentney and the charm of rural West and North Norfolk. The spa area houses a sauna, steam room and treatment room in addition to the hot tub, all exclusively for Fir Lodge guests only.

Amazing, spacious, comfortable & relaxing Lodge. Bigger than imagined The story behind the building of the Lodge & the care & attention to the contents conveys personally to guests & our family loved the whole atmosphere. Plenty of everything you need for everyone & the 2 sofa beds in upstairs area are positioned well so they do not interfeer spacewise into the rest of the room & there are still 4 other sofas in the main lounge area so no need to re-arrange the room each morning or evening . We would all love to stay at the Lodge again.

A beautiful lodge, not often do you get to stay in a solid log cabin! It's enormous inside, very inviting and lots of space, the hot tub is a great luxury. It's a little bit of a drive to get anywhere but the seclusion is nice. Communication with the owner was great and quick. A few niggly little things that if changed would make it exceptional but did not affect the holiday at all. Would definitely stay again
