About this house rental

The **** Ferienhaus Marieke has new equipment and a wonderful property (approx. 1400 sqm). Free WiFi is of course available. All rooms are bright with large windows and nicely decorated. Three rooms offer a direct view of the large apple orchard. In the large living room there is a dining table with 6 seats, a couch, flat screen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and another dining table. In addition, there is a large hall, a toilet and a storage room with washing machine and freezer. Upstairs are three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. One bedroom has another television and a portable CD player. The property includes a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, 3 loungers, a carport, play equipment and a large apple orchard in a south-west facing position. We are happy to answer your open questions.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden, es war alles da, was benötigt wurde, sogar ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Auch den Zugang zu Staubsauger und Wäscheleine fand ich super, das ist selten so. Ebenso der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, freundlich und entspannt. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub und für alle, die Ruhe suchen, zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!!!!

Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem großen Grundstück in der Nähe der Durchgangstraße von Lehe. Der Verkehrslärm hält sich aber in Grenzen und wurde von uns als nicht störend empfunden. Es gibt ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, also Platz genügend. Auf dem großen Grundstück ist Platz für das Auto.

Wir waren auf Anhieb glücklich mit unserem gemütlichen UND geräumigem Zuhause auf Zeit! Unser Vermieter Jan hat uns sehr nett empfangen und das gut ausgestattete Ferienhausgezeigt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte Die Lage ist auch super, der Strand in St Peter Ording in nur 1/2 Stunde erreichbar, die Insel Sylt per Bahn mit dem SH-Ticket in 1h 15min ab dem benachbarten Lunden. Ein toller Standort für Urlaub in Schleswig-Holstein!

Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sicher zu empfehlen. Alles sauber und gepflegt, reichlich Platz . Das einzige das uns nicht ganz gefallen hat: in der Anzeige hat es nach ruhiger Lage ausgesehen. Es steht aber an der Hauptdurchgangsstrasse von Lehe (allerding etwas zurückgesetzt) und somit auch an einer Bushaltestelle an der sich morgens die Schulkinder treffen. Wer nicht lärmempfindlich ist hat hier die richtige Adresse. Für mich war es leider zu laut.

Der Check-In war einfach und unbürokratisch, der Vermieter war stets ansprechbar per Telefon, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. So soll das sein. Das haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr positiv die großen Schränke und der Stauraum, das hat man selten. Es war wie zuhause, ein richtiges Haus eben und kein billig zusammengezimmertes, hellhöriges Ferienhaus. Einzig der Duschvorhang störte etwas, hygienischer und platzsparender wäre eine fest installierte Lösung. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir ahben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alle Daumen hoch!

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und voll eingerichtet. Kinderfreundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, von Spielen und Spielzeug bis zur Küchenrolle. Dazu ein wirklich sehr netter Vermieter, der sich genau im richtigen Maße kümmert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schönes Ferienhaus, gut Ausgestattet (sogar Fliegengitter), mit Garten in ländlicher Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.b. nach Westerland/Sylt oder Hamburg. Der Bahnhof von Lunden ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. 3 Bäckereien und ein Rewe im Nachbarort Lunden, mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Nach St.Peter-Ording ist es allerdings etwas weiter, ca. 30-40 Minuten. Es gibt aber auch eine Badestelle an der Eider in Lunden. Die Hauptstrasse kann mitunter etwas laut sein.
