Cleaning and disinfection of the house and outdoor areas will be carried out in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines for owners and agencies.
Housing
The restored and modernly furnished holiday home is located only about 100 meters from the village center of Sineus. You can quickly reach the village center on foot where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a sports center with a cycle path, tennis and football courts and an adjoining restaurant nearby.Of course, the house and the swimming pool are at your disposal for your exclusive use.The house is equipped with 2 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with a dining room for 4 people (also with air conditioning) and a garage with a bicycle workshop. The house is bright and welcoming and also meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and equipment.
The house is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The swimming pool in front of the house offers enough space to relax, whether in the shade or in the sun. Here you can simply relax. An ideal place to spend your vacation in a village environment.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a fiber optic internet connection.
You can take advantage of the garage, ideal for cyclists (bike assembly station, etc.)
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as the living room. For slightly cooler days, there are also 2 mobile radiators (low energy consumption) and fan heaters in the bathroom.
The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.
The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that could violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
Tourist rental permit number: ETV 11150
In addition, the Ecotasa rate is charged to all travelers over 16 years old.
It costs €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights and €1.00 thereafter.(plus 10% VAT)
Sineu has a train station from which you can easily take the train (T3) to Palma directly to Plaza de España or in the other direction to Manacor.

Sehr netter Kontakt und für Radfahrer perfekt, weil es eine Garage zum Schrauben gibt, oder für den Leihwagen. Perfekte Lage, auch zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen. Sauberkeit Top.

Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Herzlicher Empfang mit Obstkorb und Rotwein. Alles vorhanden. Kaffee, Gewürze, Waschmittel. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail.
Nur vielleicht die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein. Aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Hallo das aus an sich ist schön aber mit der Heizung ist nicht so toll und auch sehr kosten intensiv und keine tranzperanz bei Abrechnung und betten sind nicht wirklich gut. Der Vermieter ist top und freundlich gute Gast Geber alles da was man bracht .
