About this accommodation

Cleaning and disinfection of the house and outdoor areas will be carried out in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines for landlords and agencies. The village house Can Caragol is a recently completely renovated village house in Sineu with all modern comforts such as air conditioning in the house and in all bedrooms, a private pool measuring 5 x 3 meters, WiFi and satellite TV.

The accommodation

On the ground floor there is the living room, an open modern kitchen with all comforts and a dining area as well as a bathroom. In the courtyard you can lie by the pool (there are 6 loungers) or use the covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom as well as the master bedroom with bathroom en suit. Additional bed would be possible. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. The house is not far from Sineu train station, from where you can take the train to the center of Palma in less than an hour. By car you can reach Sineu from the airport or Palma within 30 minutes; it takes around 20 minutes to drive to the beaches in the north such as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. Sineu itself offers a large gastronomic selection and numerous shopping opportunities.Enjoy your holiday in an authentic village in the heart of Mallorca, where you will be warmly welcomed as a guest!

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Beautiful home and lovely location

Spacious sunny tastefully decorated villa which was very stocked with everything you need. 3 bedroom /3 bathrooms, including master and on suite bathroom. Very clean and easy access into villa. Set in authentic Spanish town that is mid so easy to travel in all directions. Big and fun market on Wednesday from 8 am to 1pm amd street lined restaurants in church square. The pool terrace with salt water very nice size pool is a must, for relaxing and for hot days. Complete with sun beds, outdoor dining surrounded by climbing flowers and soaring swifts. Relaxing, comfortable, very clean. Hosts polite and friendly and professional. I would recommend. One note it is near train station so quite noisy on front side of villa, and be prepared to pay for electricity bill which averages €30 to €60 per week for 4 guests and €30 too for tourists tax. However I would still recommend it as good value for such a lovely and well cared villa. AC is there if you need require it, we didn’t in mid June as home is nicely cooled.

The house is very fresh and very well maintained! The listing didn’t include garage access but the managers allowed us to store our bikes there which was very helpful.

The house was off a side road in town. It was very clean and a nice size. The interior is completed furnished by IKEA and looks very cheap. We thought staying in Sineu would be a central location to explore the island but ended up spending hours driving everywhere. It was nice being in a town and able to walk to restaurants. You also have to pay for electricity which I thought was a bit odd. The backyard is very pretty.
