About this house rental
This is a Dutch colonial house on a quiet gravel street that sits 200 feet from the beach down a gravel road. This house has an open floor plan on the first floor.
Upstairs, the house has 4 bedrooms and will comfortably sleep 8 adults, 10-12 if you are packing in kids too. There is a detached, heated bunk house with one set of bunks.
We do not do short term rentals. Minimum Stay is 4 weeks.
We have been on VRBO for 10 years with many happy customers.
The four bedrooms are quiet, upstairs and allow for privacy. We have an outdoor shower for cleaning off sand for your pets, well behaved dogs are welcome.
The house is mid-beach of the most beautiful beaches on earth! The beach stretches for more than 5 miles in total length and 300 yards wide.
We have a full kitchen with dishwasher brand new appliances. They kitchen was fully remodled in 2018. It is a delight to cook in and very easy to clean. We have prepared many, many gourmet meals here and a large assortment of equipment, utensils, cutlery and serving trays await you.
The living room has several large couches. It is ideal for cards, talking and sitting by the large gas fireplace.
We have a large, Gas fireplace that makes the whole house warm. The floors are radiant heat.
We have HI Speed wifi through Spectrum.
The upstairs bedrooms are large, 200 square feet each. The bed arrangement: 1: King Bed 2: King Bed 3: King Bed 4: twin, twin. new beds and bedding summer 2023
We built this home with large family gatherings in mind especially including kids of all ages - like our family! The downstairs is open for parties and hosting.
A full service, brand new grocery store and bakery (including espresso, baked goods and prepared meals) is a 200 yard walk.

Our stay this month was wonderful. Close proximity to the beach for walks and sunset, a small grocery store about a block away and multiple restaurants in walking distance. No need to even get in the car if you don’t want to.The house was larger than I expected from the photos. The main floor was open with multiple areas that allowed us to be together, but doing different things. It had everything we needed for our stay!Eric and Amy were great hosts. They answered my questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.Definitely recommend this property and hosts!

This was the perfect spot to explore Cannon Beach and vicinity. Morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets were just outside the door. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were spacious and the fireplace made for cozy relaxing. My favorite was the heated floors! And the bunk room made a great space to make calls or do online meetings without interrupting others. Would definitely recommend! Amy's suggestions for eating and shopping were spot on. Thank you!

This home is exactly what relaxation is all about. So very comfortable and airy and bright. Fireplace is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Kitchen is fun to cook in, everything tastes better at the beach.
The quick walk to the beach is where the magic continues. The owners are so easy to communicate with. Enjoy your stay.

Loved our stay, plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The beach truly is very close, and the weather was great for April so the dogs could run off energy or play near the water. The outside shower with warm water was great to clean paws (THEY didn't think so...) and we appreciated that too! The kitchen was well equiped and there was plenty of seating at the dining table. Walking to town was do-able but walking the beach was the BEST! Thank you for a great weekend full of family memories!
