The new, modern and lovingly furnished, bright apartment located in the heart of Boiensdorf offers approx. 40 m² max. 2 people place. It is located in the owner's own house.
The apartment is of high quality and invites you to relax and unwind.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and a small wardrobe. Two further cupboards are located in the entrance area.
In the spacious living and dining area there is a couch (extendable), an armchair, a coffee table, a stereo with CD and a sideboard with a large flat screen TV. In the cooler evening hours you can hear the crackling of the fire in the

From the light-flooded kitchen you have access to the east terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the well-kept garden. Garden furniture, barbecue and a parking space are available.

The bathroom has walk-in access to the shower and a toilet and sink.
