Welcome to the Maria apartments with a view of the Wallberg on Lake Tegernsee. Book a holiday in the Upper Bavarian Alps.
Our guest house is very quiet, in a sunny location with mountain views, at the end of a cul-de-sac without through traffic and offers 4 cozy apartments with a terrace or balcony to the south. Parking spaces are directly at the house.
Very cozy dining and living rooms with lovingly furnished in Bavarian style and a large garden with lawn invite you to relax and unwind. Telephone, cable TV and internet are available for you, as well as a covered space for bicycles and a heated storage room for skis and the like.

Mountain railway: A gondola lift goes to our local mountain from Rottach-Egern, the Wallberg. When the weather is clear, a wonderful view awaits you. The panoramic restaurant invites you to eat and linger. Visit the Wallbergkircherl.
Winter sports: Cross-country skis buckled up and off you go on one of the approx. 100 km of groomed trails in the Tegernsee holiday region. A toboggan run from Wallberg is fun for the whole family; approx. 6.5 km lead down into the valley. It is the longest natural toboggan run in Germany. Every year at the end of January the Tegernsee Valley Montgolfiade takes place, an experience for young and old. Romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides in the snow-covered nature reserve of the Weißachau.
