About this apartment rental
The apartment Mirjana is located on the lower level of a beautiful private house, which was completely renovated 2014th The most of the year, especially in summer, the owners live in the upper floor of the house.
However, the lower floor is reserved for you. They are there completely undisturbed and enjoy your apartment incl. 2 bedrooms (double), living-dining area, shower room with toilet and a beautiful south-west terrace.
From the living-dining area with a fully equipped, modern kitchen (incl. Dishwasher) takes you to the two opposite bedrooms. Linens and towels are available and included. Both bedrooms are equipped with new floor and have a beautiful view of the countryside.
The shower room with toilet has a walk-in and walk-in, large shower.
WiFi, satellite TV with flat screen TV and washing machine available free of charge for you. Parking in front of the house.
The apartment can be air conditioned / heated, the bathroom can be heated separately.
A beautiful, large barbecue invites you to cozy evenings on the large south-west terrace. For your children we offer a huge playground available.
Although but you do not have direct sea view, but a beautiful view to the free romantic nature. Whatever the season, this piece of land offers absolute tranquility - far away from mass tourism and the hustle and bustle. Even with the greatest heat, the temperatures are ideal at night to sleep. Not only as a nature lover you will love this spot. However, if you are looking for the tourist bustle, you will find a wide range in the 12km distant Opatija or the 20km distant city of Rijeka. Opatija offers a varied range of culture, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and a promenade along the sea. Both places are accessible via the nearby highway in a few minutes.
For all active ones: The immediate area or the nearby Ucka Nature Park / the Ucka Cicaria Mountains (about 23 km) offers many hiking and mountain bike tours. Even climbers will find your areas (see also
In Opatija and the surrounding picturesque small towns on the coast (z. B. Icici, Lovran, Medveja, Moscenicka Draga) you will find many small coves with pebble and rocky beaches and beautiful clean, clear water.
With easy access can be reached within Istria, Slovenia and Italy quickly many interesting places such. B. Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar, Pula, Krk, Postojna Cave, Lipica, Bled, Ljubljana, Trieste etc. These are always worth a visit. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem süßen Dörfchen in den Bergen direkt oberhalb Opatjas und ist nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer und Opatja entfernt. Alles ist sauber, neu und gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung standen schon gekühlte Getränke bereit und Kerzen waren im Garten angezündet, damit wir uns nach einer langen Reise sofort wohl fühlen sollten.
Die Vermieter hatten schon eine kleine Liste mit wertvollen Insider Tipps für uns aufgeschrieben: gute und günstige Restaurants in der Nähe, schöne Strände und Ausflugsziele, die alle schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Die Vermieter wohnen selbst im 1. Stock und sind sehr diskret zurückhaltend aber immer sehr sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und gastfreundlich.
Wir waren hier mit zwei jungen Erwachsenen, die ebenfalls sehr zufrieden hier waren.
Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist die nächtliche Stille, die beim Erholen hilft, der grüne Ausblick in den schönen gepflegten Garten und in die Berge. Außerdem ist es nachts wesentlich kühler als direkt an der Küste, sodass man nachts auch bei sonst großer Hitze sehr gut schlafen kann.
Wir hatten in dem kleinen Dörfchen Mali Brgud ein Gefühl wirklich in Kroatien zu sein, statt in einem Tourismus-Hotspot. Auch die nächstgrößere Stadt Matulji fanden wir authentischer als Opatja, weshalb wir hier gerne Kaffee getrunken haben und dem lebendigen Treiben der Einheimischen zugeschaut haben. Für Hundebesitzer sei zu erwähnen, dass der Garten mit einer niedrigen Mauer bzw. Törchen und großem Tor komplett engezäunt ist. Wir haben einen sehr kleinen Hund, der nicht über das Mäuerchen springt, aber ein größerer Hund könnte evtl. darüber springen.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und würden jederzeit gerne hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
Un sitio precioso en un pueblo de los montes muy cerca de la costa de Opatja. Todo a mano en 10 minutos con un coche. Todo limpio y nuevo. Teraza y jardín precioso.
Nosotros vinimos con un perrito pequeño. Una ventaja era que todo el terreno está cerrado con muro o valla y así no pudo escapar nuestro pequeñajo.
Los dueños viven en el primer piso y son un encanto. Ayudan con todo pero nunca molestan. Nos recibieron con vino y velas en el jardin precioso y tenían ya una lista preparada con recomendaciones para restaurantes de la zona con buen precio/calidad, playas bonitas y demás recomendaciones útiles.
Recomendamos esta casa 100% y nos gustará volver en cualquier momento.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Fam. Müller in Kroaten verbracht. Die Gastgeber haben uns mit kühlen Getränken begrüßt, was natürlich bei der Hitze sehr gut angekommen ist:) Die Unterkunft ist besonders fur Familien mit Kleinkindern gut geeignet, weil dank großem Grundstück dürfen sie sich reichlich austoben und sogar beim Gießen mithelfen! Die wertvollen Tipps der Gastgeber zu den Stränden und Gaststätten haben wir gern genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. In der Unterkunft selber ist gibt es alles was man braucht. Die Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Strände sind in 10-20 min. Fahrzeit gut erreichbar. Die Stadt Opatija fanden wir fur die gemütlichen Spaziergänge abends wunderbar! Wir werden die Appartement auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Vielen herzlichen Dank an die Fam. Müller fur die tolle Woche in Kroatien:)

Wir waren etwas mehr als 2 Wochen zu Gast bei Familie Müller. Von Anfang an haben wir uns hier super wohl gefühlt. Es begann schon mit der herzlichen Begrüßung. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, der Garten traumhaft schön. Trotz der heißen Temperaturen benötigten wir die vorhandene Klimaanlage nicht und haben immer gut geschlafen. Die Ruhe ist himmlisch. Nach Opatija oder Rijeka gelangt man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und der nahe Učka-Nationalpark lädt zu Wanderungen ein. Familie Müller stand immer mit Rat und Informationen für Ausflüge zur Seite. Auch Einkaufstipps wurden gern gegeben (Olivenöl, Wein, etc. ) Wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
