About this apartment rental

Nestled in the beautiful Salzburg countryside with direct views of the mountains but close to center with very good city connection (best city bus connection (in 20min in the center) is located in a quiet and sunny location, the approximately 48 m2 large, lovingly furnished apartment with large panoramic balcony.
Airport and highway are easily accessible, but not audible!
Within easy walking distance are the bus stop and a renowned inn, and a small bakery (where they get next to baked goods and cold cuts, cheese, drinks, etc.).
Do they want to cook or enjoy a rich breakfast buffet is not even the Gasthof Laschenskyhof the correct address.

The living room with additional sofa bed is fully equipped (dishwasher, kettle, etc.) and the bathroom - separate WC - has a separate shower and bathtub.
The sleeping area has a double bed, large closet, cable TV. Here is the access to large balcony, equipped with garden furniture and parasol.
Free WiFi connection is available. Likewise are table and bed linen and towels are available free of charge, also has its own car parking is available in front of the house.

Nice apartment

Our first visit to Austria. Nice apartment with outside balcony. Well situated only 20 mins by bus to Salzburg with the bus stop only minutes walk from the property, and very regular. We based ourselves here and travelled to most of the nearby lakes, St Gilgen for example about an hours drive. Very nice large hotel across the road where we had dinner and drinks. Overall a nice stay.

This is a very nice place. It was our fault, but we did not spend enough time there just hanging out! Nice weather too, we should have sat on the porch and stared at the mountains. Alfons has adequate English, plenty for a tourist. Extend yourself and try some German, he is patient and kind. Learn the bus system before you go, and leave the car. And don't miss visiting a VeloSolutions pumps track, just a stroll down the road!

This property is better than the pictures. Immaculately clean and so tidy. The owner Alfons was very helpful. I highly recommend the restaurant at Laschensky resort. The Food was well presented and delicious and the price was really reasonable. I didn’t bother to cook this time because of the restaurant and the bakery at the bus stop. The bus 27 takes you to the city center’s Makart Steg (bus stop name is F. Hanusche Platz). The only inconvenience we had was week internet connection. I Used my phone’s international service. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Salzburg and Salzgamergutt Lake District.

We had a wonderful time in Alfon's home apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of Alfons's four story home. Though others live there permanently, we felt very private in our little apartment. The apartment is located just outside of the Old Town a few miles. Taking a bus is convenient as well as driving a car into Old Town. A good large restaurant and bakery are within a short walking distance of the apartment as well as the bus line. Since we had a car it was a great launching point for visiting other areas of Austria. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a semi country setting with a beautiful view of the mountains. Alfon's and his sons were very good hosts. Alfons was very helpful showing us how to get around, and the various sites we should visit. Thank you, Alfons. We would definitely stay in this lovely apartment again.

Our family arrived home today but we really miss this "Ferienwohnung". Everyone wished to stay here longer. Alfons Keil was really kind and friendly. His house is very nice and well equipped. It is also located in a beautiful and quite place. It is closed to the bus station and convenient to get to the city center with direct bus. We really enjoyed our holiday and would like to stay here again.

Very good apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a quiet and relaxed holiday. The kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom are excellent and the position of the apartment is impressive, near the bike paths, the bus stop and near the restaurant. The view from the balcony is also impressive as well as communication with Alfons, the owner.

Our stay with Alfon was excellent his accommodation was first class. The accommodation was clean and very modern. The balcony was an extra bonus so we were able to eat our meals whilst enjoying the views. We were only a short bus ride from Salzburg but staying with Alfon was very quiet and peaceful so much more relaxing than staying in the city..

Wir haben uns in der freundlichen Atmosphäre der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Als großes Plus empfanden wir die Trennung von Badezimmer (großzügig geschnitten!) und WC. Unsere Fahrräder standen geschützt in der Garage, der Zugang war für uns jederzeit problemlos möglich. Auf vom Vermieter empfohlenen ruhigen Nebenstrecken ließ es sich in einer knappen halben Stunde bis in die Salzburger Innenstadt radeln. Alles passte, wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Wir wurden zunächst sehr freundlich empfangen! Der Vermieter hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und noch ein paar tolle Tipps und hilfreiche Hinweise zur Umgebung, der Busverbindung etc. gegeben. Etliche Touristeninformationen rund ums Salzburger Land, sowie ein Busfahrplan lagen bereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch ein Kinderstuhl wurde uns für unsere Tochter bereit gestellt und ein Nachtlicht für die Steckdose war auch vorhanden. Einzig ein Steckdosenschutz neben dem Kopfkissen unserer Tochter hat uns gefehlt. Das haben wir jedoch mit einem Nachtlichtstecker gut lösen können. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Waldrand und doch ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten in Salzburg! Auch die Autobahn ist nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

De woning is netjes en ruim. Helemaalet het grote balkon erbij. De woning ligt op een fijne locatie op 15 min. Bus afstand van Salzburg en een half uur rijden van de mooie natuur van Oostenrijk. Het inchecken kon zelfs eerder dan de aangegeven tijd wat ons enorm goed uit kwam. Al met al een top appartement.

Wij hebben met twee volwassenen dit appartement een week bewoond. Het was er schoon, en stil. Vanuit deze plaats is Salsburg makkelijk te bezoeken. Ook de omgeving kan met verschillende dag tochten goed worden verkend. k gun iederreen om hier te verblijven en kennis te maken met de vriendelijke verhuurder.

Das Appartement haben wir zu dritt genutzt und war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt bei Salzburg ideal; als drittes Bett diente in der Wohnküche ein Schlafsofa. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war sehr angenehm. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen hervorgehoben, ist die Bushaltestelle (Linie 27) in knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, dort auch ein Bäcker (Bäckerei Jobst) mit kleinem Nahversorgerangebot. Die Altstadt von Salzburg erreicht man so in ca. 25 Minuten. Zu empfehlen ist, je nach Aufenthaltsdauer, die Salzburg Card. Diese kann an der Rezeption des in der Nähe befindlichen Hotels Laschenskyhof bezogen werden; das Restaurant des Hotels verwöhnt einen hungrigen Gast zu akzeptablen Preisen. Die ruhige Lage an einem Wäldchen mit Blick auf die Berge runden unser schönes Erlebnis ab.

Die FeWo in ruhigem Wohnviertel war einen passender Rahmen für einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Festivalstadt. Alles hat gepaßt: Wohnküche gut ausgestattet, geräumiges Bad, getrenntes WC, gute Betten, WLAN, großzügiger Balkon mit toller Sicht auf den Untersberg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, immer erreichbar und hat all unsere Anliegen und Fragen umgehend beantwortet oder Wünsche erfüllt. Busverbindungen in die City waren ebenfalls klasse und die Haltstelle leicht erreichbar! Wir konnten uns prima erholen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien, ligt op een mooie, rustige plek en de eigenaar is zeer gastvrij. Wat voor ons heel aantrekkelijk was, was dat je in ongeveer 20-25 minuten helemaal binnendoor over een rustige weg naar de Altstadt van Salzburg fietst.

Knus appartement met mooi uitzicht

Een mooi appartement met balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De inrichting is knus en gezellig. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een goede busverbinding naar het centrum van Salzburg. Voor 16 euro heb je een bus weekkaart. Met de fiets ben je in 25 minuten in de binnenstad. We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.
