Locronan manor house in a superb park

A family-owned granite manor set in a well-maintained, 2-hectare private park featuring over 350 species of trees and plants.
Warm and inviting, with windows facing four directions, our home is tastefully furnished in a cottage style with classic charm. The dining room and kitchen can accommodate large gatherings. The layout of the rooms ensures there’s space for everyone. The spacious entry hall gives the house a special charm. Perfect for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, business meetings, seminars, training sessions, yoga groups, and more...
Enjoy beautiful walks starting right from the house through the woods and along hiking trails. You can explore the region’s many attractions and beaches, and relax in the shade of century-old trees, lulled by birdsong.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room, library, office (a dedicated room with a view of Douarnenez Bay, facing due west), Wi-Fi (two routers), and digital TV. The linens (dish towels, tablecloths, sheets, bath towels, etc.) and tableware are high-quality (Chinabown plates). The TV room is spacious and separate: you can watch a movie in peace while other guests chat in the living room. The large living room, the dining room (table seating up to 18 people), and the spacious kitchen (table seating 14 people) all provide plenty of opportunities for socializing.
