The house sits in a spectacular pay with private dock and everything you need for a fantastic relaxing vacation. The water was very warm and we even saw dolphins in the bay. The house is well equipped and very nicely maintained. The outside spaces are fantastic with many chairs to relax. Zlatko was a very responsive and helpful host. I can only recommend this house!

Super House same as in the description . And Zlatko is a real nice host! Super boat trip with live music, special mussels and fish lunch, pancakes and much more…. Nice place, only 2 little disadvantages: -everything in Klek is closed until beginning of June - nothing for environmentally conscious people...depending on the wind and current steam sometimes fuel, cleaning soap or other stuff in the sea…. But still a lot of fishes in the sea! Generally: thanks for all!

We had such an enjoyable time at this location. Zlatco was an excellent host and his generosity and knowledge made our stay even better. The location right on the water was fabulous and all the important sights were a day trip away. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area.

We are a family of five, with three teen/pre-teen daughters and we had a fantastic holiday here in July/August. The house is really lovely, inside and out. The bedrooms are upstairs, together with a kitchenette and a fantastic newly designed bathroom. There's also a terrace with fantastic views over the water and mountains opposite. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with another bathroom and another terrace. The terrace leads down to a private platform straight on to the sea. We all loved this, and it was amazing to be in and out of the water all day as we wanted. Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, communication was excellent, and they gave us some great suggestions for places to visit as well as trips out in their boat. Klek itself, about 3 minutes walk, has everything we needed: several places to eat, a bakery, small supermarket and fruit and vegetable stall. In the other direction from the house, about 10 minutes walk, is another beach with a great beach restaurant (excellent pizza!). We cooked at the house about half the time, and ate out the other half. It was great for our children, as Klek is very safe and they had the independence to walk in by themselves and get ice creams, use the inflatable water park and buy souvenirs. There is a lot to explore in the area: we drove up into the mountains, and explored the peninsula and islands by driving over the new bridge. We all had the best holiday, and can't wait to return!

The location of this house is amazing- right on the shore, with a private sunbathing area and easy access for swimming etc. There is private parking available along the road. The property was extremely well presented, clean and spacious. Best of all, the hosts! Zlatos couldn't do enough to help, readily available to ensure that we had everything we needed and to provide local advice. He even provided a spread of delicious mussels and local wine, and took us out on his boat.. Highly recommended!

The house's location and setting is absolutely perfect! being on the water is great. However the house itself lacked a bit. Only one of the bedrooms was nice with the other two lacking any sort of view and being small. The third bedroom required ascending very step stairs to get to, which made it difficult, esp with luggage. The lounge chairs by the water needed cushions as the plastic was broken and pinched when you sat on them. The house lacked basic things like salt & pepper or any spices plus there was no cork screw. The house claims to have an outdoor grill yet it lacked charcoal and there were not even matches to be found. We did find one lighter however it didn't work. Nice location but it needs some attention. Lastly, we were asked to pay a cleaning fee when we got there which was not shown on any documents we had with my documents showing we were paid in full,but rather than argue about it we paid. .

We stayed 3 weeks in Villa Paula in the early season (June 22) with 2 couples. The house is located about 100 meters from Klek center. Also, there is a very nice beach in the other direction. As stated already by many reviewers the location is perfect for swimming and relaxing on the terrace. The view on the sea through the nicely arranged flowers is unique. Over a dock in front of the terrace we had direct access to the sea (we even saw dolphins several times in the bay :-) The interior & equipment of the house is good, however, note that the room lay-out is may be not perfect for 2 parties. Little things missing (e.g. kitchen equipment) could be delivered soon. Zlatko is a very thoughtful host and is keen to deliver every request within 1-2 days. Also, he is very helpful with giving tips to explore the environment. He even supported us with going shopping. The only real concern was a missing washing machine but this was also delivered within a few days. Unfortunately the boat was in maintenance and only available the last days of the stay but Zlatko offered a boat trip to us anyway. Since we had issues with our shuttle transfer to the airport, Zlatko arranged a transfer for little money. Thanks for this wonderful stay at this nice place.

Wij, gezin met 3 kinderen, mochten 2 weken vakantie vieren in dit fantastische huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is zeer ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ronduit fantastisch. Letterlijk aan zee. Vanaf het privé terras aan huis duik je direct de Adriatische zee in. Zeer fijn is dat je de hele dag zon hebt, en als je in de schaduw wilt zitten, dan loop je even 4 stappen en zit je op je veranda/terras. De eigenaren zijn ronduit de meest vriendelijke mensen die je kunt wensen. We werden ontvangen na een lange reis met een heerlijke salade met lekkere broodjes. Zlatko vertelt je met passie wat je allemaal kunt doen in de buurt en geeft je handige tips over waar je moet parkeren, boodschappen doen etc. Ook mochten we met hem mee op zijn boot voor een mooie tocht op zee. Vanaf Klek zijn leuke uitstapjes te doen. Kravica Watervallen bezocht, Dubrovnik, Mostar, Korcula, de muren van Ston. Je kunt kite surfen, wandelen, wijnproeverijen, maar natuurlijk ook gewoon lekker in de zon een goed boek lezen. Na een heerlijke dag lekker uit eten bij leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand of je steekt de bbq even aan. Een drankje bij de ondergaande zon en 's avonds slapen in goede bedden. De kinderen hadden een eigen ingang in hun appartement en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Belangrijk voor hen dat er goede wifi is.... en die is er ook. Wij gaan zeker terug komen. En als je een onvergetelijke vakantie wilt hebben, kies dan voor dit huis!! Zlatko en Snjezana dank jullie wel!

Zuerst einmal das Schönste: Das Haus Paula befindet sich direkt am Meer und bietet einen privaten Zugang mit eigener Plattform. Man kann also buchstäblich vom Frühstückstisch ins Meer springen und baden, was wahrscheinlich nicht nur in Zeiten von Corona besonders schön ist. Das Haus besteht aus zwei separaten Appartments, was am besten für 2 Familien mit oder ohne Kinder passt. Es gibt einen Balkon oben sowie eine Terasse unten, beide mit wundervollem Panorama. Abends kann man zudem mit dem eigenen Grill Essen zubereiten. Die Einrichtung ist komplett (Geschirrspüler, Herd, Geschirr, etc.) und das Haus war sehr sauber. Weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass die Appartments über Air Conditioning verfügen, wenn es Abends dann doch mal zu warm war. In der direkten fußläufigen Umgebung in Klek befinden zwei kleinere Supermärkte mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf sowie diverse Restaurants mit vernünftigen Preisen. Der Kies-Strand in Klek selbst ist auch recht hübsch. Ein größerer Supermarkt (Lidl) ist mit dem Auto in 20 min zu erreichen. Die Lage zwischen Split, Dubovnik und Mostar (alle ca. 1h mit dem Auto entfernt) bietet zudem viele Ausflügsziele. Die sympatischen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter Zlatko und Snjezana gaben uns zudem viele Tipps zu näherliegenden Ausflugszielen und waren ansonsten diskret und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Zlatko hat sogar eine kleine Bootstour mit uns gemacht. Wir haben unseren 3 wöchigen Urlaub in Klek sehr genossen und kommen bald wieder!

Der Privatstrand ist ein Traum! Das Haus ist in Ordnung mit einer wichtigen Bemerkung: Das Haus ist nur dann zu geniessen, wenn es nur von einer Familie oder Gruppe in Anspruch genommen wird. Es gibt nämlich zwei Apartements und eine Privatsphäre ist auf keinen Fall zu gewährleisten, wenn zwei völlig fremde Familien oder Gruppen gezwungen sind im Haus zur gleichen Zeit zu wohnen.

Hi there, we spent a week at Zlatkos house in Klek. It’s perfectly located – right at the Adrian Sea. You can literally jump out of bed into the water. The quality of the mediterranean sea was stunnig: crystal-clear water and modest waves had been the perfect conditions for swimming. One afternoon Zlatko invited us to join him on his motorboat so we could check out the nearby islands and have a look at the coast from the seaside. Thanks at this point to Zlatko who is an attentive host with a strong service-orientation. He told us about all the cool places around which you should visit when in Klek. And thanks to Zlatko we knew where to buy the freshest fish. One night we prepared the fish so we could have it on the terrace of the house, where you find a brick barbecue. It was really tasty and we could enjoy both: the freshly caught fish and the sunset. Klek is a small village underneath the coastel highway surrounded by mountains and the Adrian Sea. It‘s so to say in the middle of Dubrovnic and Split (both cities with airports). We’ve experienced Klek as a very calm place, which might be beause we’ve been there off-season. If you have a car you can easily plan varied daytrips. One of our highlights had been the visit of Mostar, an interesting city in Bosnia and Herzegovina which is really close to Klek. If you’ve grown up watching Karl Mays movies (Winnetou) your heart will be jumping as you might discover one or another spot that could easily be an original movie-location. We wish you a great time at Zlatkos place in Klek! Enyoj!

Die Lage des Hauses, direkt am Wasser mit Meerzugang über einen privaten Steg, ist perfekt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und durch das Panorama mit dem Meer und Bergen wunderschön, erst recht abends in der Dämmerung. Im Ort an sich gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, ein paar Restaurants und ein Cafe. Mehr allerdings auch nicht. Der Vermieter Zlatko und seine Frau sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sogar eine Bootstour auf dem eigenen Boot hat Zlatko mit uns gemacht;) Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen. Vielen Dank an Zlatko und seine Frau und macht so weiter

Nous étions 2 familles de 4 personnes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Klek. La maison est composée de 2 appartements , elle est bien équipée( il manque seulement un lave linge) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’acces Direct à la mer grâce à la petite plage privee. Le propriétaire à été très accueillant et à notre écoute durant tout notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison avec une vue inégalée et reposante sur la mer, les paysages alentours... Le ponton privé permet un accès à la mer pour des plongeons en toute liberté à toute heure !! La maison est composée de deux appartements (8 places au total) -indépendance garantie et très appréciée par nos trois ados qui disposaient de leur propre logement à l’étage- !! A noter : l’escalier d’accès aux chambres de l’appartement principal est un peu étroit, ce qui ne présente sans doute pas d’inconvénient pour les personnes sans difficultés de mobilité. La maison est mitoyenne à une autre location (aucun vis à vis entre les maisons ; les pontons sont proches mais indépendants) tandis que l’autre côté la maison voisine semble inoccupée et est cachée par la végétation. Enfin, il faut signaler l’accueil à la fois extrêmement sympathique, serviable et discret du propriétaire, présent de temps en temps à l’étage supérieur de la maison qui en comporte 3 (accès complètement séparés). Il nous a fourni (en anglais) toutes sortes de renseignements sur le village de Klek et ses alentours (commerces, restaurants, où trouver du poisson frais, où se garer à Dubrovnik, que visiter ...), nous a fait bénéficier d’une promenade d’une heure sur son propre bateau sans compter d’autres petites attentions durant notre séjour (bonnes pastèques rafraîchissantes, etc...) ! Merci encore ! Bon à savoir : Klek est un village de villégiature estivale, agréable, calme et sans prétention. Il est situé près de la route côtière qui conduit vers le sud de la Croatie et constitue le dernier village avant l’enclave bosniaque qu’il faut traverser si l’on souhaite continuer vers Dubrovnik par exemple. A visiter dans les environs : les impressionnantes murailles de Stone et Mali-Stone (30 mn), Dubrovnik (70 km), île de Kocula, Motar (prévoir assurance supplémentaire si voiture de location), etc. : en une semaine, nous n’avons pas épuisé les possibilités, pour également ménager des temps de baignade !

nous avons passé 4 semaines dans la maison de zlatko. magnifiquement située en bord de mer au calme avec son ponton privatif en bas de la terrasse , c etait parfait . a noter qu'il s agit de 2 logements separés . un appart en haut avec un chambre separée par un rideau et un salon avec terrasse vue sur mer , et l appartement principal en bas avec grand salon et 2 chambre a l etage . magnifique terrasse . et la mer . petit village de vacances avec 3 resto ,2 supermarket (petit) ,boulangerie ,plages frontiere de bosnie a 2 minutes (attention au hors forfait si vous captez le reseau bosnie) et assurance voiture en bosnie a rajouter . nous etions avec un zodiac qu il est possible de laisser a l eau tout le sejour devant le ponton . le propirietaire est tres sympa et disponible . et donne beaucoup d effort pour conseiller les visites et reagir et aider si probleme (un lit cassé ,car un peu vieux et fragile, remplacé de suite dans la matinée par zlatko) a noter qu'il a son logement secondaire au dernier etage avec sortie separee sur la rue , et ils sont extremement discret et au final meme pas tres souvent là ,donc ca ne posait pas de probleme . stationnement privatif mais a une 100 -200 aine de mettre un peu plus loin de la maison ( on peut y garer 2 vouture en plus de celle du proprio) a droite de la maison le ponton et la maison n etait pas occupé (semble laissé a labandon?) donc tres calme a gauche maison aussi en location saisonniere avec ponton partagé donc plus de monde de ce cote la mais aucun soucis de "voisinnage" familles en vacances tres calme . dubrovnik a 1h10 , idem mostar , neum a 10 min ston et mali ston a 30 aine de min de quoi faire des belles balades et visites . voila ,nous avons passé un magnifique sejour et nous conseillons vivement le lieu cordialement

Sehr saubere Wohnungen nett eingerichtet mit tollen Terrassen bzw. Balkon in der oberen Wohnung. Einrichtung in der oberen Wohnung etwas veraltet aber alles intakt. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett. Er gibt Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und hat jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen und Wünschen. Der Ort Klek ist sehr klein und ruhig. Schöner Kiesstrand. Das Essen in den diversen Restaurant war immer sehr gut, die Preise vernünftig. Es war rundum für uns alle ein schöner Urlaub mit großem Erholungswert.

We had a wonderful stay at villa Volarevic, where the House is perfectly located with its own “pier” in the Adriatic with a fantastic view. The house has everything you need and is bright and spaciouos. Zlatko is a great host and gave good advice on trips to take and places to visit, Klek is a quite small town, where you can relax and recharge your batteries, without any worries.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem vom Massentourismus vergessenen kleinen Ort Klek. In dem Ort ist alles vor für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden und fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Meer in einer einzigartigen Lage mit einer Seeterrasse. Es besteht aus drei Einheiten und ist vollständig eingerichtet. Das Erdgeschoss mit einer sehr großen geschützten Terrasse und das Obergeschoss mit einem Balkon gehören zum Mietgegenstand. Sie sind mit einer Außentreppe verbunden. Das Dachgeschoss wird selten von den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern Snježana und Zlatko bewohnt. Wir, zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder 11 + 13 Jahre und ein Hund waren von dem Haus und der wunderbaren Lage direkt am Wasser begeistert und überlegen, dort nochmal einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos 3 enfants. Le propriétaire Zlatko est très chaleureux et prodigue en bons conseils pour les visites ou tout autre chose. La maison est conforme à la description, bien équipée et en très bon état. Le ponton situé juste en dessous est idéal pour la baignade et les plongeons. Le petit village de Kerk est bien sympathique aussi. En bref, un séjour inoubliable !

Ein gepflegtes, geräumiges Haus, besonders für größere oder zwei Familien geeignet- Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps bzg. Einkaufen, Ausflüge etc. Am besten hat uns die hauseigene Badeplatform direkt am Wasser gefallen. Das Meer ist so klar, dass sich eines abends sogar ein Delphin in unsere Bucht verirrt hat und gar nicht genug vom Spielen im Wasser mit allen Badelustigen bekommen konnte.

Maison très agréable dans une charmante station balnéaire calme. La plage privée est formidable pour profiter de la mer. La situation géographique permet de visiter facilement des villes comme Split, Dubrovnik ou Mostar. Le propriétaire est adorable et très disponible pour prodiguer de bons conseils. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Paula verbracht! Alles war genauso, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es war phantastisch so nah am Meer zu wohnen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge gegeben. Ein Highlight war, dass er mit uns einfach so einen Bootstrip unternommen hat. Ebenso hat er sein privates Surfbrett unserem Sohn zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr begeistert, können dieses Haus wämstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder!

Zlatco est un garçon charmant qui ne compte pas son temps pour être agréable auprès de ses hôtes. La maison correspond au descriptif, et nous a permis de passer 15 jours de vacances inoubliables. Klek est un petit village de pécheurs, loin de l'effervescence touristique. Si vous aimez le poisson frais, acheté directement auprès du pêcheur au petit matin, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Nous recommandons vivement.
