About this house rental
Vacation home to feel good!
This exclusive holiday home is located not far from the Latvian capital Riga (approx. 60 km) in the sunniest square in Latvia.
On an area of approx. 1.3 ha, the house is an ideal vacation oasis for 1 - 2 families (children are very welcome - a baby travel bed is available), as well as for smaller groups, the house can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests.
Division:
Ground floor: living-dining room with fireplace, sep. Kitchen, toilet, sauna with shower room and winter garden with swimming pool.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a bedroom-living room incl. Bathroom, fireplace and balcony.
Here you can enjoy the untouched nature, collect berries and mushrooms, you are in about 7 minutes on foot on the beach (about 400 m away).
A natural sauna and the swimming pool round off a relaxing vacation time!
A grill and barbecue area are available.
The rental prices are based on 6 people.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, in der Nähe eines Sandstrandes. Groß und sauber, gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind die Fitnesseinrichtungen.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren im Juni für eine Woche im Haus und haben jeden Moment genossen! Sehr gerne würde ich jeweils 6 Sterne vergeben, auch für das köstliche lettische Schwarzbrot :-)
Ein wunderbarer Ort für unsere Kinder und für uns Erwachsene, hier stimmt alles: die sehr nahe Ostsee, Riga ist eine Fahrstunde entfernt, die Sauna, der Pool und die Fitnessgeräte für schlechtes Wetter, aber auch ein Basketballfeld und eine TT- Platte sind da. Abende am Lagerfeuer oder vor dem Kamin sind möglich und Dank der gut ausgestatteten Küche ist man unabhängig, obwohl in einigen Fahrminuten auch tolle Restaurants sich befinden. Die Kommunikation mit Kristine und Karlis war sehr freundlich und entspannt, wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.
