Great location and loved the quiet beach. House located away from the busy traffic of the main thoroughfare. The inside of the house was perfect. Open layout and plenty of space to spread out. Loved the deck and easy walk to the water. Hidden perks for families include built in baby gate for the stairs inside, well-latched gate for deck, and some available beach supplies (boogie boards and chairs). Highly recommend and excited to come back again next year!

Pros-location was amazing, right on the beach and close to plenty of things. Kitchen had anything you might need. Realty was easy to communicate with.
Cons-no linens included, so that was an additional cost. House wasn't the cleanest (dead and live bugs, a couple of pieces of trash behind nightstands, floors were dirty in bathrooms). Beds not very comfortable and blankets in closet smelled musty.
I would rent again just for the location and size of home for price but maybe a different cleaning crew should be considered.

We had such a great time at Dune Haven. The Weather was perfect and no crowd at the beach. Even the beach replenishment project, which closed the beach on our last two days, was so interesting to watch, we didn't mind sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and seeing the beach grow right before our eyes. The price is a little tough to handle but we managed to get it together and really had a wonderful week.

Great location, house needs some love. Microwave didn't work, 2 window ac's fell out during storm, access to the beach on the first floor, pickets loose on the walkway and steps need to be replaced.
