We were picked up by buggie, However, the second buggie was run out of battery. So we had to walk to the property. But it's ok, it was not that far.

The staff come to serve you and clean the terrace every morning and evening, they patrol the place what seems like constantly and always take care of you. The staff are always super nice and helpful. The whole property is spotless! Extremely clean all around.

This is a family owned business and they are extremely friendly. It is immersed in Balinese culture with several temples on property. The pool overlooks the rice terraces which is also lovely. The Best part is the food. The owners wife did an amazing job with the breakfast. You want to taste the banana pancake and the pineapple pancake.
To get to the property you have to disembark from your car and a golf cart will pick you up to go the rest of the way [about 400 meters]. This normally wouldn't bother me but we were a large party with lots of luggage. Otherwise my stay was great.

I arrived at 23.00 hrs and was unaware that you cannot drive directly to the hotel. They send a buggy to pick you up and drive you the last 400m. Luckily the taxi driver who dropped me off knew this and called up, as I had no mobile phone reception. Not an issue and adds to the experience, just good to know if you are arriving late or have no phone reception.
