About this apartment rental
This apartment is new and comfortably furnished.
A large living room for relaxing hours, a new kitchen with a dining table and a wonderful view of the garden invite you to cook.
From here you go directly to the large covered, sunny terrace, which is equipped with everything.
Two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, single bed and a cot, the other with a double bed and single bed. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace.
The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower, there is also a washing machine.
The entire apartment is on one level and can accommodate 6 people plus a toddler, a high chair is available.
In the house there is a second apartment for 7 people + toddler
In the large entrance area there is a dart board for exciting games.
Surroundings:
Neßmersiel is a state-recognized North Sea seaside resort. Here you can find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
For vacationers there is a large beach with beach chairs and play equipment. From here you have a breathtaking view to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.
There is a designated dog beach for dog lovers.
Neßmersiel is the gateway to the Wadden Sea World Heritage.
Here you will also find the Sturmfrei holiday and wellness center.

Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind wirklich top. Der riesige Garten ist für einen Urlaub mit Hund auch wirklich super, allerdings hatten wir überlesen (oder es stand gar nicht in der Beschreibung ), dass es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsgarten handelt, allerdings wurde die andere Terrasse, von der Familie die parallel zu uns da war, gar nicht genutzt. Wir haben trotzdem einfach vorher immer nachgeschaut, ob dort jemand sitzt, bevor wir die Hunde rausgelassen haben. In Neßmersiel ist jetzt nicht so viel los, aber die umliegenden Siele erreicht man schnell mit dem Auto. Der Strand in Neßmersiel hat uns nicht so angesprochen, aber es gibt halt einen Hundestrand und eine umzäunte Freillauffläche. Wir sind mit den Hunden allerdings einmal nach Schillig und die restlichen Tage nach Harlesiel gefahren, weil es dort auch Strandkörbe gab. Wenn es jemanden also nicht stört, dass man nicht zu Fuß zum Strand laufen kann, ist die Unterkunft für einen Urlaub an der Nordsee mit Hunden einfach nur top!

Abgesehen dass das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt- was aber bicht weiter stört - ist es nur zu empfehlen.
Die Einrichtung stimmt ,,fast " den Bildern überein. Der TV- Sessel ist mitterweile ein anderer. Vielleicht könnten diesbezüglich das Bild des Wohnzimmer aktualisiert werden.
Ich muss dazu sagen, wir hatten uns sehr auf den auf den Bildern abgebildeten Sessel gefreut. Der jetzige ist auch ne super Alternative- aber sicherlich nicht so bequem wie der Alte. Aber das ist nur ne kleine Anregung.
Das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort, es mangelt an nichts. Der Garten hat eine super Größe. Genug Platz zum toben und spielen.
Es gibt direkt gegenüber des Hauses eine Tankstelle und einen Fahrradverleih.
Auch die Verwaltung ist direkt gegenüber- auch sehr freundlich die Mitarbeiter/in.
Wir sagen Danke für dieses nette Ferienwohnung und hoffen das viele weitere Gäste such dort niederlassen :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich klasse. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 kleinen Kindern und 3 Hunden über ein verlängertes Wochenende dort; könnten uns aber vorstellen, wieder zu kommen und auch länger zu bleiben. In Neßmersiel selbst ist nicht so viel los. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. In den Orten drum herum ist etwas mehr los. Ein Tagesausflug nach Langeoog lohnt sich.

Die Zimmer sind liebevoll, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Geschmackvolle Dekorelemente, selbst eine PLaystation für die Kids, als auch einen Haarfön im Bad machten den Urlaub zum Genuss.
Hier ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.
