Fully equipped to be your home away from home, located so so close to shopping, restaurants and multiple golf courses including the famous Arizona National Golf course. A quick drive less than 5 minutes away to a large multiple public pool center that offers both a lap pool, open family pool, a water slide and kiddy pool with water mushroom and more! In addition to the pool complex there is a large YMCA center with full exercise center, classes, etc. Silver Sneaker members can still use your memberships here.
Comfortably accommodating 6 guests, this property is ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together. An abundance of attractions can be found within a 15-minute drive.

Literally only 100 feet away from amazing acres and acres of HIKING TRAILS AND PET PATH. You will discover great little surprises here. Walk one direction and find a meditation circle, walk another and find a mama and daddy quail with 20 little bobwhite quail chicks scurrying behind them. Go at sunset and be enthralled how the mountain range is bathed in golden orange and red light. You barely have to leave your front door to discover the Sonoran desert and all the living creatures and plants that call this home.

Room by Room Description
* Master bath is large, spacious, and well lit. Separate soaker garden tub, large shower, double vanity with dual sinks and beautiful tile floors. A really nice place to soak in a bubble bath after a wonderful day hiking or golfing!
* Hall bath has a combination bathtub and shower also well lit, positioned in convenient location between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for easy access.
Living Room has high ceilings, ceiling fans, a wonderful gas fireplace to keep cozy by during the winters or to add a little romance by. Tasteful and comfortable furniture, lots of seating including 2 full size couches and one large love seat. There is a large 46' flat panel TV. Enjoy BBQing outdoors with the family. There are amazing views from the windows of the mountains so close it feels as if you could almost reach out and touch them.
Bedrooms - Master is equipped with a queen size bed, the other bedroom with double size beds, new linens, and furnished for comfort and relaxation. Master bedroom has flat panel tv mounted on the wall. It also has security or dark out electric roll down blinds
Kitchen - Fully equipped making family and entertaining guests a breeze. All full size appliances, stovetop and oven, dishwasher,microwave refrigerator,disposal, etc. Really everything you need to keep your eating out budget to a minimum and cooking at 'home' easy. The kitchen island provides seating for casual dining and separates the dining room from the kitchen. Great layout for food prep, boasts tile floors and counters and high ceilings.
Dining Room - Attractive Dining room surrounded with windows, table that seats 6 conveniently located right off of kitchen for easy access during meals. Dining room windows also have roll down dark out or security blinds that are lowered with a flip of a switch
Laundry Facilities with washer and dryer provided right off of garage in the mud room walkthru. Also provided iron and ironing board, laundry detergent and fabric softener .

The views of the Catalina Mountains from Casa Breanna is absolutely stunning! From the moment you walk out the double sliding doors onto the large covered patio in the backyard your senses are assaulted with the amazing rugged peaks of the Catalinas. In addition with no home behind this house the sights, sounds, wildlife, and colors of the Sonoran Desert are right at your back yard. To enjoy all of this beauty we have a covered porch with a Gas BBQ to cook your meals outside and a covered Ramada with table and chairs for dining. In addition there is a firepit and outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing star show that very few other places in the world have like here. We enjoyed our stay after some initial hiccups. Bre and her assistant were very responsive and kind. The house was not very clean upon arrival with dog hair covering the sofa and the floor gritty. Kitchen towels stained and frayed. No TP, no floor cleaner, no Kleenex, and no paper towels. We immediately went to the store and bought floor cleaner, new kitchen towels, TP etc. Bre was very apologetic and offered to send cleaners over. Her usual cleaner was away and someone new had cleaned poorly. Anyway, we did enjoy the rest of our six week stay. I would recommend someone go through the kitchen and get rid of old towels, old spices and oils etc., as well as old utensils. It just needs some refreshing. All this said, we would return. The house would be great with some attention and the view and privacy are fantastic.

Clean and convenient property. The views, especially in the morning, are incredibly beautiful. We spent much of our time at my daughter‘s house, with my grandchildren. The grandsons came over for one afternoon and enjoyed the backyard, with their toy trucks. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly consider staying there again when we visit next time.

The back yard view was amazing and the trails being so close by was awesome. Great communication. Close to everything you could need. Well appointed house. No king bed. That was rough, lol.

My family and I were going through a home remodel and were able to stay at Bre’s Upper Bluff’s home for 5 weeks. The experience was positive and Bre was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. I would recommend for a short stay or longer stay. Thanks again Bre!
