Completely remodeled space offering clean and safe accommodations above the vibrant city streets of San Jose, California. Fully furnished and turnkey, our apartments consistently rank 5 stars in our category. The kitchens include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, glassware and dishware. Nothing has been overlooked. Tastefully designed and well-balanced layouts, the San Pedro Square Apartments makes living easy for our important guests. We are walking distance to SAP Center, convention center, a multitude of stylish lounges, fine and fast casual food options, coffee and craft brewery bars. Paid public parking is across the street and public transit is abundant. Perfect for business or leisure travelers. We have made excellent use of the space. Its bright, roomy and impeccably clean Guests have full access to their private accommodation. Note that laundry washer and dryers are in a shared laundry room on the 3rd floor operated by credit card. I, along with my team are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are happy to meet and greet however by default we do not. We respect your privacy; therefore, all has been set up for self-check in. The location of this unit could not be better. It's centrally located in downtown San Jose. Anything and everything are within walking distance. Located above San Pedro Square gives the traveler unparalleled access to some of the best food experiences downtown San Jose has to offer. Coffee shops, bars, lounges, theater.... all within walking distance. You take your pick! A public parking garage can be found next door. VTA light rail and bus are a mere few minutes' walk down the street which allows for complete accessibility to explore the entire Bay Area leading to San Francisco if you like!

This is a great apartment. Very comfortable, very well appointed. It has everything you could need. The building is old but very clean, tidy and secure. The location is great for San Jose being located next to the heart of the city at San Pedro Square. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door. That can make the area a little noisy in the evening but that just comes with the location. Would definitely recommend the apartment. The management team is also excellent and very responsive and attentive. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

What can I say, I was lucky to find this apt complex - pretty reasonable price for fully furnished apartment in San Jose downtown, utilities included!
I gave 4 for neighbourhood only because, unfortunately, downtown San Jose is not as safe as it used to be. Otherwise, all 5-stars!
Management is quick to respond and very helpful, location is close to local bars & restaurants (you can find all kinds of food on San Pedro Square), and there's even a small gym in the building!
