It is fully furnished for your temporary stay while relocating, on extended assignment, or on vacation in Silicon Valley. The back yard is shared with the other unit (The other unit is in the same house with separate entrance). Quiet neighborhood near a park. Near 88O, 68O, and 1O1 freeways. 4 miles to San Jose airport. 5 miles to downtown San Jose. 1-2 miles to Lucky Supermarket, Costco Wholesale, 99 Ranch Chinese supermarket and a lot of Asian restaurants.

the cleaning of the property was not up to standard there was mold in the ice tray blood on the walls and on the drapes the floor was not safe to walk on in bare feet
the place was good to visit with the kids nice park for them to play in
