Apartment (still being rated) for 4 to 6 people, completely renovated in 2011 and furnished in a style from Savoy, located on the 1st floor of a 3 floors building,
2 inhabitable rooms + 15 m² of equipped balcony.
Possibility of renting for up to 12 people thanks to semi-detached and adjoining apartment, giving more freedom.
Ideally located facing the Sherpa and the cinema, we are located 100m away from the city centre, 50m from the ski bus, 500m from the cable car and 1km from the leisure centre.
You can easily access all the shops and leave the car for a week on the parking (1 private parking space + numerous public parking close by).

Appartement dans un immeuble ancien mais très bien situé, pas loin du centre ville, calme, propre et très bien équipé, conforme à l'annonce. La salle de bain très petite et le lit aurait besoin d'un nouveau matelas.

Très bon appartement pour les sports d'hiver, emplacement idéal (5-10 minutes à pied du télécabine, juste en face d'une supérette, plein de resto accessible à pied...), équipements adéquat et plus que suffisant etc...
L'appartement en lui même est aussi bien décoré dans le style savoyard.
Contact avec le gestionnaire très cordiale et facilité d'accès à l'appartement très agréable malgré le fait que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer la personne de contact...
Je recommande cette location pour qui recherche un logement agréable et fonctionnel pour profiter du domaine du grand massif et d'un village de montagne authentique en hiver 👍�🏻�

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich und hochwertig im Chaletstil eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (über die Straße kleiner Laden mit frischem Baguette und Croissants). Die Vermieterin, wie auch die Verwalterin, waren sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sowohl im Winter zum Skifahren als auch im Sommer zum Wandern geeignet. Der Ort Samoens strahlt viel Atmosphäre aus. Es gibt nette, kleine Geschäfte und zahlreiche Restaurants und Creperien. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
