Location Description:
Westerland is the center of the island of Sylt and, as a small town with just under 10,000 inhabitants, offers almost the infrastructure and possibilities of a big city. Whether beach, water sports, walks, theater, concerts, shopping or restaurants - for every holiday is the right thing here.
The studio apartment is located very close to the train station, right in the city center. It is located on the main road facing away from the quiet Victoria Street. From the studio apartment you have a view to the west towards Wilhelmstrasse and Friedrichstrasse.
In the immediate vicinity are numerous dining establishments and shops and the train station with bus and taxi terminal. The beach is just a few hundred meters away.

The studio apartment consists of a living room, bedroom with new kitchenette and a new shower room. 2015 studio apartment has been completely renovated, the furniture is new.
The galley kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and microwave. The living room, bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two wardrobes, a flat-screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a sink and a heated towel rail.
In the apartment not allowed to smoke and pets are not allowed.
Outside:
The building has an elevator. For loading and unloading you can always go straight and into Victoria Road. In addition, can be offered on request a parking lot.
