About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Masuria, the land of a thousand lakes and dark forests in the land of the Barstukks, the little dwarfs or also called fingerlings, the good spirits from the pagan era and more from the German saga book.
Our lovingly furnished holiday home on a fenced plot of approx. 1000 m2, with parking spaces, is located in the small place of pilgrimage Swieta Lipka (holy lime tree) directly in Masuria on the border to Warmia. Almost in sight, embedded in the valley between two lakes, is the beautiful baroque building from the 17th Century the pilgrimage church of Holy Lime, a must for every Masurian visitor.
If you are arriving by car, we will be happy to help you with suggestions for the route.
There is a sklep (corner shop) and a restaurant in the village, about 500m away. Further shopping possibilities are in Reczel in approx. 5 km or in Ketrzyn in approx. 12 km distance. Here you will find everything a man or woman needs to live. Poland has something for everyone.
The WEST apartment on the top floor:
The modern holiday apartment on the top floor with a living space of approx. 30 m² invites you to linger. The rental price includes: bed linen, towels, hairdryer, TV-TV (German speaking) central heating, parking in the yard.
You can also use the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is in the open apartment-living area with a sofa bed for one person
Coffee machine, dishes, toaster, fridge, oven, ceramic hob and spice rack.
You can eat at the cozy seating counter with two high chairs in the kitchen area. A high chair can be provided free of charge if required.
The modern bathroom has a vanity, toilet, free-standing bathtub incl. Towels.
The bedroom with a pull-out double bed (incl. Bed linen), bed and wardrobe.
A bedroom with a double bed on the same floor can be booked.
For entertainment there is a TV set with a German-language program and a built-in kitchen radio
to disposal.
Your accommodation also has a balcony with a small table and two chairs
Outside you will find a garden with seating (four chairs with a table), two sun loungers, a garden bench and a barbecue.

Eine geschmackvolle, gemütliche Wohnung, in der es sich auch an Regentagen aushalten lässt. Super freundliche Eigentümer, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Eine gelbe Villa am Waldrand, wir sind viel geradelt und haben die Umgebung erkundet.

Wir haben in der gelben Villa zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter super hilfreich. Der große Badesee ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wassersportgeräte können bei Waldemar günstig ausgeliehen werden. Der Ort ist klein, aber es gibt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und zwei Restaurants. Die Kirche ist einesehenswerte Pilgerstätte

Das Haus liegt am Rand der ruhigen Gemeinde von Swieta Lipka hinter der Ortsdurchfahrt, die aber nur mäßig befahren ist. Im schön angelegten Garten gibt es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung des gelegentlich persönlich anwesenden Besitzers befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, während im OG zwei Ferienwohnungen liegen, eine kleinere und eine größere, die der Besitzer über ihre Himmelsrichtungen bezeichnet. Beide sind mit neuen, hübschen neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und weisen eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche auf (viele elektrische Geräte wie zwei verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher usw. und auch viele sonstige Küchenhelfer). Auch die Farben im Bad sind mit Geschmack ausgewählt; alles funktioniert hervorragend. Die beiden Wohnungen im OG teilen sich den seitlichen Eingang und die Treppe. Ein deutschsprachiger Kontakt mit einer Art Verwalter ist jederzeit über WhatsApp bzw. Telefon möglich und sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist videoüberwacht. Mit dem Pkw kann man zum Ausladen direkt vor die Haustüre fahren; insgesamt haben zwei Autos Platz in der Einfahrt. Man könnte auch außerhalb parken.
Viele schöne Orte und Seen sind ringsherum mit 20 bis 30 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar, was den touristischen Wert der Anlage steigert.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnungen sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben in dem schönen Haus mit einer feinen Ferienwohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub genießen können und fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Der Vermieter war in der Zeit vor Ort, er war sehr nett und aufgeschlossen, es einfach Spaß gemacht. Die Gegend ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir sind viel geradelt und in alle Richtungen ausgeschwärmt. Da meine Frau hier in der Nähe geboren wurde ( vor 55 Jahren) und ein Jahr hier gelebt hat sowie viele Ferien als Kind hier verbracht hat war es sehr interessant für mich. Naturliebhaber kommen hier auf ihre Kosten und auch die Geschichte ist ja nicht von ohne. Auch die Nachbarn, alles nette Leute.
Wir hoffen so bald wie möglich wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen zu können.
