The house really is a home away from home.
Split system air-conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and the living room as well as gas ducted heating for the colder months. The lounge area has an internet linked TV with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and a PlayStation 3 with several games.
The dining table can easily accommodate 8. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker (some pods supplied), Scanpan cookware, Global Knives, and much more.
The upstairs master bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk in wardrobe, split system heating and air-conditioning, ensuite and its own large smart TV.
The downstairs master bedroom with queen-sized bed has beautiful garden views and a large wardrobe. The third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds (4 singles), built in robe, games, toys and stories for the kids.
The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The private outdoor mineral Hot Tub will easily seat 6 Adults. We supply extra towels for the Hot Tub and Beach.
The wall of north facing windows in the living room opens out to a large and private deck, perfect for lazing in the sun. The deck is equipped with controllable louvers to let as much or as little sun as you like, a slim line area heater for cooler nights at the timber outdoor setting that will comfortably seat 8 adults and a 4 burner BBQ (mains gas).
The paved area in the garden is fantastic for the kids or a great place to relax with a drink in front of a fire in the cast iron chimenea.
If Covid causes you to cancel we will make every effort to ensure your deposit is fully refunded regardless of the policy when you booked.
The Mesh Wifi Network will ensure you can easily work from your luxury holiday home if you need to.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and amenities are provided and included in the price.
No schoolies groups, and we do not rent to groups under the age of 25. We have a no smoking and no pets policy.

Guests are reminded to abide by the Mornington Peninsula's specific rules for short stay guests, a full copy of the rules is available in the welcome book and can be provided upon booking.

We loved it at Lou Lou’s! Minutes walk from the beach shops and playground and a short drive to Pt Leo! Excellent kitchen with the comforts of home!

Recently stayed at this beautiful house and it far exceeded our expectations, believe it or not, the photos don’t do this house justice. The spa was such a lovely element to use and made the experience feel like an oasis. A super short drive to the beach and the house is in a quiet location. Communication with the host was efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this to anyone!
