About this apartment rental
The apartment 'Casa del Sol' is located on the 1st Floor of a large apartment building (with elevator) in the middle of Puerto Naos, the small seaside resort on the sunny west side of La Palma.
This apartment is equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, because we often spend our vacation here ourselves.
With about 70 square meters, the apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a balcony - plenty of space for 2 people.
It is only 100 m to the beach. In addition to the waterfront, there are beach restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and a supermarket.
You can swim not only on the approximately 600 meter long sandy beach of Puerto Naos, but also on the 'Playa Nueva' about 3 kilometers away or on the beach of Chaco Verde.
Even in the winter months, La Palma offers pleasant temperatures of around 20 degrees (at sea level) and mostly a blue sky. The water temperature rarely goes below 20 degrees. A wonderful place to spend the winter.

Wir haben ein wunderbares Vierteljahr in Andreas Wohnung verlebt.Praktisch,sehr gut eingerichtet.taub und Bohrlärm durch Straßenbau vor dem Haus.Ständiger Kontakt mit Andrea.Sie ist aufmerksam u.freundlich.Sehr angenehm war der Sparladen im Haus.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

The apartment is a good size, well equipped, was clean, has good facilities and is well located within close proximity to the beach. The Spar shop underneath it was very convenient and deliveries to it were quick and unobtrusive.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Ortsmitte, die Nähe zu Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle, und Strand sind optimal.
Auf dem Balkon zu sitzen ist eher ungemütlich, weil laut zur Straße hin.
In den Wintermonaten kann es- wie zuletzt bei uns- empfindlich kühl in der Wohnung werden. Eine HeizMöglichkeit hab es jedoch auch auf Anfrage hin nicht, das war von Nachteil.
