Description of Villa Maria in Avetrana, Italy
Detached House - 3 rooms + bath + guest toilet - 3 air conditioners - 2 terraces with sea views - accessible roof terrace with sea views
Our house is situated in the scrub on a 500 acre lot. The garden was lovingly created. In the shade of pine 5 one can stay comfortable even at high temperatures. Seating around the house make it possible to find any season the ideal place. From the West Terrace consists partly clear view of the sea. The idyllic sunset over the sea can be seen from the roof terrace.
The footprint of the house measures 70 square meters, the covered terrace additional 45 sqm. The living space is distributed on a large living / dining area with kitchen, here is also the sofa bed. 2 double bedrooms and 2 toilets with shower. The two bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe (SZ # 1) or 2 single beds and wardrobe (SZ # 2) as well as the bathroom and the guest bathroom are off the hallway. After the beach, the sand can be washed off in the outdoor shower.
The bathroom has 1 shower and 1 sink and toilet. In the guest bathroom is located 1 sink, toilet and bidet.
3 inverter air conditioners allow to cool in the summer and heating in winter, so the house is livable year round. The bathroom has an additional heater. On cool evenings you can also enjoy the warmth of a cozy fireplace fire ..
A washing machine with dryer function is available.
Satellite TV with international channels.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Maria gehabt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Erholung Pur und das Meer ist so Traumhaft das man nie mehr weg möchte . Das Haus ist optimal geschnitten mit seinen verschiedenen Terrassen. Auto ist hier von Vorteil um entlang der Küste die kleinen Fischerdörfer zu besuchen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub . Wir können sagen das wir gut erholt in den Alltag starten. Danke dafür.

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in San Pietro in Bevagna - aber zum ersten Mal in der Villa Maria in Urmo Belsito. Das Haus hat den Kindern und uns sehr gut gefallen - auch wenn die eigentlich zur Aussstattung gehörende Spülmaschine leider defekt war. Das hieß für uns, den Abwasch gemeinsam zu bewältigen - hat auch geklappt... Als sehr angenehm haben wir die 3 Klimaanlagen in Erinnerung. Das Stromnetz in Süditalien ist allerdings nicht mit unserem deutschen zu vergleichen. Man muss sich schon entscheiden, ob man heißes Wasser für Spüle und/oder Dusche gleichzeitig mit Fön und/oder Waschmaschine in Betrieb nimmt. Oft fliegt - wohl wegen Netzüberlastung - die Sicherung raus. Aber auch das sind Randthemen, die bei dem sehr guten Gesamteindruck des Urlaubsdomizils keinen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Zum Kochen auch für Tee, Espresso und Kaffee haben wir uns allerdings das Wasser an den öffentlichen Brunnen ( 2 davon befinden sich in Urmo Beslito selbst) bedient. Das schmeckte uns einfach besser als das Wasser aus dem Hahn... Als sehr angenehm haben wir auch die deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin empfunden. Sie war stets erreicchbaar und hat bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen. Alles in allem ist die Villa Maria - auch unter dem Preis-Leistungs Aspekt - einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder buchen.
