About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in the condominium Elegance in Denia. The plant, which was built in 2006, has an ideal location and a modern design. Until the long sandy beach of Las Marinas there are only 225 meters, and the city center, the port and the castle of Denia are easily reached on foot.
In the complex there is a large communal pool and a children's pool surrounded by lawns, a gym, a sauna, a computer room, a playroom for children and a large covered area with tables and chairs. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the complex. In the apartment itself, the wireless connection is limited.
The resort is ideal for families with children.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has an area of 65 m2 and a balcony of 10 m2. There is an elevator.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer. Also iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are provided.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds, a large built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A glass door gives direct access to the balcony from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out second bed.
In the living and dining area there is a dining table with four chairs, two sofas with coffee table, television and DVD player. Also the living room has access to the balcony.
The apartment also has its own underground parking space.
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily accessible via the A7 motorway can be reached in about an hour.
