It offers a grand (1,100 qm²), beautifully invested garden with a pond. With over 140 qm² you can occupy the 'Baltic Sea Villa' with a maximum of eight people. Massively built and tastefully equipped, the 'Baltic Sea Villa' offers a luxurious setting in both the summer and the winter for a memorable trip on the Baltic Sea shoreline!
The garden of the „Baltic Sea Villa“ has an east-west position and has a base totaling of about 1,100 qm². In the front part of the property stands birch trees, bushes and a rose bed. The terrace of the villa is integrated into the garden. Behind part of the garden is planted grass. It offers an unique view of the Baltic Sea! In addition you will find a hedged pond in this part of the garden. The pond is for invested biotope. With the years you will have beautiful types of water plants and water lilies planted in the pond. To guarantee the security of the „small residents“ of the „Baltic Sea Villa“ the lake pond is partly fenced off. The garden is looked after all year by a gardener.

Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenens Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee und einer guten Ausstattung.
Wir haben uns hier mit unserem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.
